"Calvinists" do not want to burn at the stake, but they want truth taught, truth that has drastically effected their view of God and His sovereignty! I believe this truth creates a more thankful humble believer, our atleast it should.
Exactly Tisnotwell, I wish he would carry out his own logic and see how terribly wrong he is. If Jesus didn't condemn it, it doesn't mean our freedom! What is sin to him anyway...?
Why is he making calvinism out as negative, certainly a high biblical view of God (as stated in the baptist 1689 confession) is not threatening but edifying. And yes it is back
I grew up in a church like that, and no one ever rebukes me as I wish they would have. they baptized me as an unregenetate giving me false security, praise God for those that confronted me I am now 21 and am joyfully reforming! Maybe God is going to revive the church soon, another reformation?
This is disgusting, but I knew it was coming. I had a conversation with an agnostic who is pro homosexuality and I asked him what if pedophilia was next in becoming legal and he said" never!" But it's happening... all we can do is pray.
