""Contrary to popular belief, the United States Supreme Court has never insisted there be an impenetrable wall between church and state," the letter states, and then cites a pair of federal court rulings to affirm, "rather, the U.S. Constitution 'affirmatively mandates accommodation, not merely tolerance, of all religions, and forbids hostility toward any.' To allow such hostility under the guise of total separation of church and state would necessarily bring this country into 'war with our national tradition as embodied in the First Amendment's guarantee of the free exercise of religion.'""
Now that is interesting!
I thought some of you guys on the board, had been stating that church and state were separate in the US constitution???
This new religion is dangerous because it uses Christian language and sounds Christian, but it really isn't. It's pyscho-babble, self-help, false religion to the core. It teaches that evil is an illusion and that all religions are paths to god.
People need to research this and start exposing it more for what it is because it's sweeping across the nation.
I watched a Larry King Live show not long ago with Oprah and her "Friends" promoting their radio station. It's pretty scary how Americans hang on every word of these people and how this new age religion influences everything these days, literally. "Oprah and Friends" is a nice package of false teaching that sounds nice and tickles a lot of ears, but leads people in the opposite direction of the One True God of the Bible.
