Brother Saint Elected Elmer I wrote: Notice the lack of comments. Doesn't sit well with their "freedom" and "private property" ownership delusion. You disdain this country, you look unfavorably on its laws and its founding, you dislike the Christians who live here. You should try Canada or Guyana (their official language is English) that way you won't be hypocritically taking advantage of all the good things you enjoy here and maybe it will bring you some much needed happiness. |

s c wrote: Though you do the follow the same pattern when confronted with sin-you accuse another of thinking of themselves as "holier than thou". As usual sc you don't pay attention to what people say in their response to you, you are a terrible listener. You are only concerned about what you have to say. (pride rearing its ugly head again) The statement was made that you think you are more holy and sanctified for not watching sports (are you going to say that is not accurate?), no comparison was made to anyone else. Thus no holier than thou comment was made. Nothing was said about cheerleaders, because football is not about cheerleaders. Did you know that six NFL teams have no cheerleaders? How do they get people to attend the games? The cheerleaders get no interviews, little if any airtime, no big money, because that is not why people go to or watch games. Besides do you think the guys on this forum spend time gawking at cheerleaders? They probably spend more time thinking about them reading your posts than they do for an entire football season. Have you no respect for them? If you respond to this you will continue to prove the accuracy of what I say. |

s c wrote: "It is obvious",that you have defective reasoning. Unfortunately it is you with the defective reasoning. You think that watching a sporting event is the same as filling our lives with celebrities and stars, when it taint necessarily so. You think that you are holier and more sanctified because you don't watch football or sporting events, when it taint necessarily so. You think that when someone disagrees with you it because they are under the conviction of the Spirit (the height of pride by the way) when it taint necessarily so. You don't see the reasoned responses of 1517 and Michael Hrnanek because only your viewpoint is correct, when it taint necessarily so. Not only that you completely missed my point and made your interpretation of it reality, when it taint necessarily so. |
