Mike is correct, their are Christians that have gone through such unimagined suffering we simply cannot be worthy to compare ourselves and we often wonder in amazement how every time they are beaten and mistreated they are actually testifying Christ.This is nothing new, but I do encourage you to read foxes book of the martyrs if you want to have some idea of what it is like for these people, the closest I have been is actual imprisonment and assault by the police for reading the Bible in public. Still this is minor, praise God for those who are being faithful for the testimony of Jesus Christ remember to pray for them. |
