Dylan? He isn't restraining anyone? He is absolutely restraining evil and evil people. If this were not the case, we would have millions, if not billions, of Stalins, Hitlers, & Pol Pots. So you believe that this world is absolutely as evil as it can be? If that is truly what you believe, you are sadly mistaken. As bad as it is, it is not anywhere near evil, unrestrained. Yahweh is constantly and consistently restraining the evil hearts of men. Scripture clearly teaches this!
