"O give thanks unto the LORD, for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever!" (Psalm 107:1). Over the next week in the US, we will hear many people saying, things like, “I am thankful for my family, friends, home, job, and good circumstances.” An increasing number people aren’t quite sure to whom they should give because they don’t acknowledge God. They credit chance, luck, circumstances or even themselves. As Christians, we should intentionally and gladly give thanks to the Lord! Although we are thankful for many tangible blessings and certainly for other people in our lives, we should first and foremost give thanks for our covenant-making and covenant-keeping God who has rescued and redeemed us from our sin! This great and good God has adopted us as His children and given to us an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading! His steadfast love endures forever!
We give thanks to God every week as we hear from broadcasters and listeners about the impact of this site in people’s lives. Praise God with us and pray for us as we continue to broadcast His life-giving and life-sustaining Word!
SermonAudio is proud to be a partner with FAME as we co-produce a weekly 'audio journal podcast' called Five Minutes of FAME taken from a first-person perspective.
But first, some other encouragements!
Our team kicked off our second attempt at the Foundations Conference in 2017 with a time of prayer. We hope you will join Paul Washer, Phil Johnson and others as we meet June 22-23, 2017 in NYC. Pray with us .. that a strong and powerful Gospel witness will be raised in NYC. To God be all glory.
Encouraging broadcaster feedback..
Below is some of the feedback from broadcasters we've received just this past week. We encourage you to contact them and tell them that you saw them here!
Gervase Charmley, Bethel Evangelical Free Church www.sermonaudio.com/gncharmley"I am so thankful that another brother recommended SermonAudio to us. It is fascinating to see how many broadcasters are on the site from all over the world. It is also marvelous to realize that people are accessing our sermons all over the world, some of whom are in Muslim countries and other countries where they could never come out publicly to hear the Gospel nor could we possibly ever go physically to proclaim God's Word. It is very exciting to us to have this worldwide ministry in our small church. SermonAudio is definitely worth the monthly fee."
Barb Berger, Office Mgr., Clearcreek Chapel www.sermonaudio.com/thechapel"Our staff is very pleased with SermonAudio. We enjoy the fact that you have an app for mobile devices. A lot of people use it at our church for listening to sermons. In fact, yesterday I came home from church and our daughter, who had to miss the service, was listening to the sermon online! What a blessing!"
Pastor Terry Cheek, Th.D., The Inspiring Word www.sermonaudio.com/pastorterry"The Inspiring Word has been with Sermonaudio for around two years. As pastor of a rural Baptist church in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western N.C. I do not have the public recognition that many on Sermonaudio enjoy. Yet I want to brag on God. He has taken the preaching of His word over Sermonaudio and sent around the world. I have confirmed the preaching from this rural church has been heard on 6 of the worlds 7 continents and in all 50 states. Each multiple times. God has delivered us into China, Korea, all middle eastern countries including Israel. We have been heard in Africa and the Philippines. I praise God for His work through the Inspiring Word and Sermonaudio. May God keep you firmly in His grip!"
We would encourage you to read through more testimonials we've received over the years from both listeners and broadcasters alike.
