As Pastor Faces Lifetime in Prison, Supporters Argue Persecution
Pastor Kent Hovind, a powerful advocate of biblical creationism who has already served almost 100 months in federal prison as part of what his supporters say amounts to a ruthless government campaign of religious persecution, is now potentially facing up to 100 years behind bars. As federal prosecutors prepare to make their case for keeping Dr. Hovind incarcerated for the rest of his natural life, however, a growing grassroots campaign across America is demanding that he be set him free ‚ÄĒ and that those responsible for allegedly railroading him be held accountable, including potentially the judge, who has developed a reputation among those following the case as having a strong anti-Christian bias.
With the IRS now embroiled in escalating scandal surrounding politically motivated attacks against conservatives and Tea Party groups, analysts say Hovind’s case is now especially important and ought to...
Very interesting Dylan. Tell us more about Paraguay.

You cannot anymore escape taking part in the forced funding of murder of preborn babies with your taxes if you want to stay living in the USA and Canada. This is why I left since there are only 3 options that exist now:
1) Give in, fund Satan, fund the murder of babies, go with the flow and justify your sins saying it is all "ordained by God" or some other Calvinist bs response.
2) Fight back, go to war, turn such countries into Kingdoms so that Christians can be protected from being forced to take part in such genocidal level sins. Such types War will never happen anymore due to globalist UN control and global military and a pathetic emasculated pacifistic western Christianity
3) Get out. Just like our forefathers got out of Europe under Roman Catholic evil "rulers" who were "ordained by God" if you take such sayings literally, which neither I nor any of North America's ancestors did, THEY LEFT and never came back. In our time there are areas we can leave to and never come back and start new worlds again. This is the only long term solution, otherwise blood is on your hands, or your blood will be split, or like Hovind you will be imprisoned, the second guaranteed outcome of #2 option which he foolishly thought he could fight and win in this modern age of Babylonian S
Brother Kent Hovind is godly man that has never injured anyone, he is in prison because he teaches the truth of the Bible without apology. Please do all that you can do to help Brother Hovind. He is an honest man that is being persecuted by our unrighteous government.
Please note that the detractors here do not leave their real names.
I’m writing this as independent, fundamental Baptist pastor, the same background as Kent Hovind. I watched his videos many times in the 1990s and into the early 2000s, until he started getting weird in the mid-2000s.
First off, he is not a pastor. He never has been, never will be. He was Christian school teacher with an unaccredited Bible college bachelor‚Äôs degree, and two diploma mill graduate ‚Äúdegrees‚ÄĚ from a Patriot University.
Second, your article just isn’t accurate. Kent was putting tax evasion information ON HIS VIDEOS and telling people to break the law by not paying their taxes. I stopped showing and promoting him and his videos in any way once he started doing this. Now my sentiments are with him, but he was WRONG. Further, he was cheating his employees by NOT paying their taxes and Social Security. His theme park was/is not a church. And the people working there do not meet the qualifications for the ministerial exemption from Social Security (IRS FORM 4361). Under law he is REQUIRED to withhold the appropriate taxes.
Jim, in order to make a right judgment on if someone is abusing the "Kingdom of God", would be to know what the New Testament says about the "Kingdom of God"....
Hyper pre-tribbers are going to call anyone who picks a weed or cleans their neighbor's yard or visits the elderly in a care facility a "dominionist", because they (the hyper pretribbers) have rejected the New Testament teachings on the Kingdom of God.

RIGHT ON! "church going peeople." The killers and persecuters nowadays ain't no different than the Pharisees who had Jesus crucified, professed believers serving God - so they think.

I'm sorry to see Mr. Hovind in the middle of this kangaroo court. Was reading about the prosecutor in the case and some dealings with children being abused.
Mr. Hovind seems an honorable man in other ways and loves Christ, which indicates to me much of this is trumped up, especially when considering "lifetime" sentence? He seems to be in a spiritual battle, I know others are praying for him, hope he knows that too.
No matter what he may be guilty of, i.e., tax evasion, or whatever, I had the same thoughts as Mike...murderers, rapists, and child molesters are treated with compassion as they serve much less time compared to what they seem to be trying to do to him. Joe the protestant... i would agree with you on his views on taxation. He has reasons which he backs up for those views. But Not sure that is the right battle. He is one of the best at exposing evolution. Which marked him by the powers that be. Also, his work on exposing conspiracy and secret brotherhoods marked him as well.
Persecution and death doesn't come with honored words from the world. They will convict you with words like " enemy of the state, child abuser, bigot, tax evader, religious fanatic, etc."
This should be taken into account when these stories come out.

I wonder how many zoning, tax, and property issues of someone else would threaten more time in prison than a known murderer might get. Al Capone who was sentence to 11 years, stayed in 8 of them before being released. Just about as much time in prison as Hovind already has.
I don't know all the particulars of this latest set of charges that wants him in prison for 100 yrs. but, I do know Kent Hovind personally, and have had him in every church I pastored. He may have had some views on taxation that I did not agree with, but, I do know that the real reasons he was jailed in the first place, was an attempt to shut him up on creationism. Even if these new charges were true, it could not possibly warrant such a sentence. On another note; I first read this article at 2:00 am (The entire one)and there were no posts at that time. Now at 10:30 am there are are several. Sadly, (and one of the main reason I quit posting for three yrs) is all of the posts that get off topic so quickly. Along with character assassinations. I'm sure there will be many more. If you disagree, disagree. But I will not respond. God's Blessing to you all.

I got great news for you shane!
Remember when I told you the Pope was praying for you? It seems correspondance here at Jesuit Troll HQ was mixed up that day and sent out a duplicate request. Your prayer request was also sent to POPE(Pedophile Organization of Priestly Ecumenism)
I understand they are very happy to pray for you. So happy, they have given up an hour of Altar Boy training daily just to concentrate on prayer for you because its their duty
