What they need out there is someone with common sense and enough practical intellegence to teach them that burning paper is nothing, regardless of the words on it. And common logic and real justice should tell you that a child shouldn't even be thought of as being incarcerated for burning paper at that age or indeed anyone at any age.
However common sense amongst muslims appear to be rather limited today.
Thank the Lord that Christian religion is adult and realistic.
