Jim Lincoln wrote: John Y., even if he doesn't pay attention to what is said about ]]http://tinyurl.com/ycaj7cvk (The Doctrine of Repentance In Salvation) others still may read it, and practice it. John Y., has not given up the evil practice of going to a Romish Church. He says he will and then we can say he has repented of one major sin, which he knows he should stop. Now for years (I hope it won't stretch into decades ) I have pointed out, the Mike Gendron articles, ]]http://tinyurl.com/jsdkc45 (Is a Catholic Christian an Oxymoron?) and also ]]http://tinyurl.com/zb3tfm3 (Is the One True Church Roman Catholic?) Perhaps after all these years, John Y., will read them, but perhaps some Catholic wondering around the Internet may stumble upon this post, and read them -- then take action on them! Here's the church John attends:sjbwestseattle.org/ Notice it's a Catholic/Baptist church. Interesting mix. |

NeedHim wrote: Directly from double agent aka; John Y; from his own posting on the online Baptist forum posting; I am a Catholic who attends the local Catholic parish on Saturday Vigil Mass. I also attend the local Baptist Church on Sunday mornings where I was Baptized via immersion(as a public profession of faith that I gave my life to Christ some 20 years ago) on 21 May 2017. I am both Catholic and Baptist as the result of having been Baptized via immersion at that Baptist Church. In the fall I will take membership preparation class in order to become a member of that Baptist Church I attend on Sunday mornings. Isn't it interesting how robotic and repetitive he is? This is also a hallmark of the type that works in the psychology world. They repeat themselves without getting flustered. They will accuse you of being such and such, and when you blow up in defense, they come back calmly with the same statement. |

John Yurich USA wrote: Here is the website for that Baptist Church I attend on Sunday mornings: www.rolchastings.org. My real name is not John Yurich. I am not going to provide my real name on here or on any other discussion forum. There seems to be many churches by that name. Can you narrow it down? I really would like to help you, but if you are being evasive, then I can't. I have done some research on 'John Yurich', and have found you have been on many forums touting the same things over and over. It seems to me that you throw out a statement, and stand back and watch people's reactions. A little honesty perhaps? |

John Yurich USA wrote: I do not attend a church in Seattle, Washington. I attend a Baptist Church in the Upper Middle West. I consider psychology to be of Satan as Jesus is the only psychologist that anybody needs. A quick Google search tells me quite the opposite. What is the name of the church you go to? I would like to contact them about you. |

John Yurich USA wrote: If I surrendered my life to Christ as Savior and Lord and trust in Him alone for salvation then I am saved. To profess Jesus as Lord means that He is the King of one's life. A couple of more questions John.Do you attend a church in Seattle Washington? What's your opinion of psychology? Thanks |

John Yurich USA wrote: Pastor Steve accepts that I am truly saved because he asked if I had surrendered my life to Christ and trusted in Him alone for salvation. I was brought to salvation by the Holy Spirit when He convicted me of sin and guided me to surrender my life to Christ. Honestly John, is Pastor Steve your saviour? Can you proclaim your faith in Christ without mentioning your pastor? Do you know what it means to profess Jesus as Lord? |

John Yurich USA wrote: When I met with Pastor Steve(in April) at that Baptist Church I attend on Sunday mornings he asked if I had surrendered my life to Christ and trusted in Him alone for salvation. When I answered in the affirmative then Pastor Steve accepted that I was truly saved and was a proper candidate for Baptism via immersion. Remember John...even the demons of hell believe Jesus is Lord. Your profession means nothing unless the Holy Spirit brought you to salvation. I see your profession of faith rooted and grounded in what you could get out of being a Christian. Whether you see it or not, you are looking to God as your cosmic genie. Baptism means nothing toward salvation except it's a public statement of your salvation. Just because you go to church(es), have friends, attend clubs, got baptised...means nothing unless Christ has saved you. |

ladybug wrote: Paul No one here is saying there is no hope. How much more truth can be given that hasn't already been given? We now pray God will use the truth already given and open the understanding of John Y. Kev, Good to hear from you, how is everything going? The verses you listed do pertain to John Y. That doesn't mean we think he is 'beyond saving', which I know you agree with. Only God knows who His elect are. Let's hope it's God will that John is saved. Hell is real and forever. |

ladybug wrote: Paul, Concerning John Y., he has been coming here for years. Many of the brethren have corrected him and given him truth time and time again. Yet, he parrots the same response repeatedly. God may one day save him, we don't know. The point is, he's had ample truth given over the years. It may be time to shake off the dust and let the word do its work, for we know God's word does not return to Him void. It will either plow through the heart and break the sinner, or the sinner will remain in sin. The bible says God turns some over to delusion because they refuse to love the truth. The 'fruit' of easy believism is everywhere. This may be due to what was stated above, refusing to love the truth. We all pray for John Y., Jim L., and many others caught up in a brand of religion that does not save. I was "saved" in 1983...then God truly saved me in 2009. Between those years, I thought I was saved. I sounded just like John. It took 26 years for God to truly save me! Many of you would have looked at me and turned your back thinking there was no hope. There's always hope. |

Ivan Karamazov wrote: You' are free to waste your time....but he's playing with you. His is the same moronic garbage year after year. He's either stupid beyond anyone's help and reasoning or playing games with you. Btw- how many calvinists does it take to screw in a light bulb?? You mock the grace of God?! God saved you (if He did), because of His love and mercy. You are just as wicked, rebellious and selfish as John...perhaps worse as you are the one ridiculing and mocking him. Put a lock on the insults if you have nothing edifying to say. |

Ivan Karamazov wrote: Why do y'all insist on attempting to get Johnny Y to " see the light "? He's been on here for years making the same moronic comments. Stop playing his game...smh Let me ask you something Ivan. Why did God save you? Was it because you're a good person? Is it because you're so handsome? Is it because you have so much to offer God in return? If you cannot answer yes, then you're better than John. If not, then until John dies, we all should be praying for his soul and helping as we feel led. Unless of course you have some sort of supernatural inside information on John that none of us has...? If he's alive, then we must treat him as if he just might be one of the elect. |

just curious wrote: Sorry what goes on here doesn't suit you. Is there a reason then you come to the site? You do realize you are guilty of your own criticism as you told us nothing about the plight of people in the regions you mentioned. One of the reasons it might not being discussed is because there isn't a news article about it posted here on SA. Did that cross your mind? |
