We are living in the last days (Hebrews 1:2). The Son of God has come, spoken, lived, died at atoning death, was buried, resurrected, ascended to the right hand of God the Father, is interceding, and the church has awaited His return for almost 2,000 years. The last day will be here sooner than you realize. The Apostle Paul wrote to the Thessalonians, “But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. 2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. 3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape” (1 Thessalonians 5:1-3). A final day is approaching when all mankind will be held accountable for their words and actions. Every idle word will be brought to the attention each person. (Matthew 12:36) Man is a responsible creature made in the image of God and none will escape standing before the glory of His Power. Hebrews 4:13 says, “Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.” God is omniscient and knows it all. One day, Justice Will Be Served. |
