Though the things of this world will rage against us we have not to fear; because we have not been given the spirit of fear. We don't need to fear when things change. Life may be altered; our status slip away. When things that are normally stable or fixed go through upheaval there is still a refuge to be found. God is our strength waiting and wanting us to rely on Him. Though fear may be abounding there is no need to indulge in it for God is our very present help. When things begin to shake and tremble they might even start falling apart God is still here as our refuge, stability, or place of safety. When we make the choice to make God our shelter our trust, our hope we are secure. With Him as our choice no matter how hot, shaky, windy, cold, or what not there is no need of fear. God is our active power and that allows us to move forward in full confidence of our God to do His will.
