It is impossible that God be unjust. That God does right to save some sinners in His sovereign mercy, while passing other sinners by according to His sovereign justice is proven in God's dealings with the Patriarchs, and with Pharaoh in Egypt. This is because salvation is of God's sheer, absolute mercy; no sinner can draw forth God's compassion by either willing or doing anything. Rather, God will be glorificed in all of His attributes—in His mercy, in His compasson, in His justice, and in His power—in all His creatures, both saved and unsaved.
