Bolivia's leftist president Evo Morales on Saturday accused US intelligence of hacking into the email accounts of top Bolivian officials, saying he had shut his own account down.
Latin American leaders have lashed out at Washington over recent revelations of vast surveillance programs, some of which allegedly targeted regional allies and adversaries alike.
Bolivia has joined Venezuela and Nicaragua in offering asylum to Edward Snowden, the former IT contractor for the US National Security Agency who publicized details of the programs and is now on the run from espionage charges....

Snowden appears to be a Liberal child who has yet to grow up. Liberals working in government (authority) areas inevitably rebel against authority like a child against a parent. Their tantrum, however it plays out, is a reaction emanating from the adolescence stage which they seem to be stuck in.
Snowden should be returned to the justice which Bolivia and the other Latin American countries are objecting too because of the anarchic nature of their socio-political system.
Justice is what this is about as far as Snowden is concerned. As to the "revelations" about the US using technology to "spy" the Latin Americans are just jealous they haven't reached that level yet.
