California Baptist University Sued by Expelled Transgender Student
California Baptist University has been sued by a transgender student who was expelled by the academic institute for inaccurately stating that he was female.
Domaine Javier filed suit against the University on Monday in the Superior Court of California in Riverside County.
"CBU suspended her, excluded her from campus, and expelled her for one reason: she is transgender," reads the suit. "As a result of the suspension, exclusion, and expulsion, Ms. Javier has suffered economic damages, including loss of the honors scholarships CBU awarded and loss of wages."...
of course chemicals and hormonal disruptors can make boys effeminate. look at the huge increase in endocrine issues across the country. lack of proper minerals as well....because we are one body, where God has designed the parts to work together. Scriptural teaching is based off of this concept because it is given as obvious to previous generations. Our minds are set to Darwin.
Does that abdicate personal responsibility for spiritual issues? no.
I see it as two rungs of the same wheel. Or a society in degeneration. Or a destruction of the younger generation from many angles.
Because one problem snowballs to the next... such as the nature of sin.
We must repent and seek God's wisdom. And live according to God's design.
Until this generation can look at what the pill does, and how the human body works, it really cannot see that these youth's perversions and confusions and disorders of the body are not only the fruit of the debased freudian culture, and individual choices (sin), but also of the church that partipates in its own way.
Don't get me wrong, I see that our schools and seminaries are being put on the line here, for this we must pray to remain in the truth, what can I say? As a Christian I have to take loving God and loving my neighbor seriously.
Not only is she not a girl she is not a Christian either..... probably a plant from the politically correct left. Does any one of you dare take a brother to court before unbelievers?....by their fruits you shall know them!
I was thinking more about this and how chemicals could contribute. Other than what I posted concerning a childs early physical development, I really don't think they can be blamed. The reason is this: if chemicals contributed in any way to boys wanting to be girls, vice versa, or men/women being trapped within the opposites body, then they can't possibly be held accountable by God in the end for the lifestyle they chose. They could legitimately say, "hey, it wasn't my fault." For this reason, and Biblically speaking, anyone in this Earth, male or female, who has ever, or will ever claim that they are one gender trapped in anothers body, or claim that they were born to be gay, they have been willfully deceived. A child might not know any better, but as we mature, we all know what truly right amd what's truly wrong. God is fair and can't be wrong so this is the only way I can see the whole situation

Well if that man's parents wanted a girl then they could have adopted a girl instead of raising the man as a girl.
Funny you should mention that, Mike, because it was one of my immediate thoughts. A six year old child is much too young to be making decisions like this or even having these types of thoughts. I think you may be right and it's the parents who have the psychological issue. What kind of parent twists their child up like this?

Found out from the older lady who long knew them, his parents had wanted a girl, raised him as such, including dressing him in dresses when he was a child. There's no end to destructive weirdness.
I haven't followed the link yet, JPW, but I believe it. I've noticed over the years that boys and girls are reaching puberty at much younger ages than they used to. I'm assuming that it's the steroids In dairy products? Whatever the cause, therw are way tio many chems in the every day foods that we eat and nothing can really be trusted anymore not to mention that the FDA quidelines and requirements are really a joke.

I know this is off topic but it is a very interesting story that I hope tha admins pick up and post. A little SIX year old boy, in the US, claims to be transgender. Keep in mind that I said he is transgender, not a hermaphrodite...he was born, six years ago, fully male. He, along with his parents claim that he is a little girl living in a boys body and are raising him as such. The parents have filed a lawsuit against the school district because the school will not allow him to use the girls restroom. The parents are claiming that this is confusing their little boy and causing irreparable psychological harm to him. Now, who is really harming this little boy and who has taught him to really believe that he is a little girl? Six years old...I've heard it all now.
I don't know John, I guess it's just another depraved soul looking to start controversy to validate their warped lifestyle . It's very very sad. The worst part is the university would probably fold under pressure and give in.
