If the committee approves the King proposal, it would be the first middle school in Maine to make a full range of contraception available to some students in grades 6 to 8, said Nancy Birkhimer, director of teen health programs for the Maine Department of Health and Human Services. Most middle schoolers are ages 11-13.

Although students must have written parental permission to be treated at Portland's school-based health centers, ...

"Although students must have written parental permission to be treated at Portland's school-based health centers, state law allows them to seek confidential health care and to decide whether to inform their parents about the services they receive, Belanger said."

The very moment a parent signs that "Parental Permission Form" they are just signing away their parental right to be informed --- this is just another ploy of The Governmental Machine that is "Our" public school system seeking to undermine the family

It is time for "Us" to see that the laws are changed Re: "Our" Tax Dollars that go for education --- it is time to pull "Our" children out of the public school system along with "Our" Tax Dollars and put them where "We" deem them """BEST PLACED""" FOR THE SAFTY AND WELL-BEING OF "Our" CHILDREN --- AFTER ALL, IT IS "Our" MONEY AND THEY ARE "Our" CHILDREN

The public school system has and is failing "Us"...

"This is a service that is totally needed," Rowe said. "It's about very few kids, but they are kids who don't have the same opportunities and access as other students."

Can anyone tell me what this Rowe person is saying in this NONSENSICAL statement

With Love *ON* Christ, KK
