As someone who was involved with Arab World Ministries (Known by you old-timers for decades as "North African Missions") I can assure you that at one time many Palestinian people claimed Christianity (although many of you would challenge that claim because they may not have met YOUR criteria for being born-again).The brutal repression seldom reported by the American media by the Israelis against this people group has associated in their minds American complicity in their persecution with America's professed religion, Christianity. The result has been a disaster in evangelistic efforts among these people. Numerous Evangelical and Fundamentalist groups (especially the Dispensational variety) have refused to support mission activity in Palestine as if evangelizing the Palestinians is an affront to God because it stands in the way of Israel's unquenchable Zionist appetite. For the Red Cross to break a policy it has maintained since it's inception should wake the world up to the two faced cover up of one of the world's worst kept secrets - the fact that the sons of the oppressed have become the oppressors and that Europe and America have forced the Palestinians to pay for their guilty consciences.
