“ Great Sermon! ” Outstanding message. We were all thankful to the Lord for putting this message on your heart. We are the sheep of His pasture who came to feed on Christ Jesus. We to were once enemies of the Gospel, and now by the grace and mercy of God we believe. Our Lord instructed to leave the wheat and the tares alone perhaps the Lord will have mercy on some of the tares. He alone knows the heart. No man knows the names record in the Lambs Book of Life, or the names engraved on the stones affixed to the breastplate of our High Priest. Just preach Christ. The Holy Spirit does not bless or save sinners via goat-bashing messages; it's not our mission to refer to them as "thou fool" . Thank you for making the case. We were truly blessed.
“ Great Sermon! ” The just shall live by faith; faith is a gift (Eph 2:8), so is its OBJECT (John 3:16) and the believer living in Christ who is our life (Col 3:4) (Acts 17:28) so that whatever acts of faith that we do, for it is God who worth in you both to will & to do of His good pleasure. This is how we should see brethren and this is how they should see us. God accepts and see all His children in Christ; Christ in all and in all (Col 3:11) hence, there is no distinction amongst the sons of God (Rom2:11). Good preaching, such as this, is at the heart of this matter whereby the grace of God teaches us how to live in the house of God and this present world. (Phil 3:20 and 1 Peter 2:11.
“ Great Sermon! ” Faith is the substances of things believed. God the Holy Spirit uses the term faith, righteousness and holiness. These terms are as real as God yet, we cannot handle or feel them nevertheless they are real, and without holiness no man shall see the Lord, however they are as real as He whom we trust Col 2:9-10 by faith. So, imputation of this truth, imputation is real; and the evidence of justification is that the Lord Jesus Christ was raised from the dead. We believe, by faith, that the worlds were framed by the Word of God (Heb 11:3), and hence believe the testimony of God by faith that it might be by grace.
“ Great Sermon! ” A very clear and precise message on the works gospel (a continuation of the old covenant given to the natural nation of Israel), and the genesis and superiority of the covenant of grace purposed before the worlds were framed where His Servant would be given as the Covenant to His people; He being the Substitute and Mediator of that covenant. Now, brother Parker made the point clearly and simple to all those who God has f=gifted ears to hear. The lesson is clear; in these last days anyone seeking acceptance with God based upon works will fail as did natural national Israel.
“ Great Sermon! ” Of all the sovereign grace preachers on SA, brother Tate is the only preacher that has preached "specifically" on the 2nd or new covenant in detail, which is a better antidote against the false gospel of works than crying from every roof-top of every assembly building, preaching against the works gospel, until the cows come home. If His sheep hear his voice and follow Him then glorify God with His truth as brother Frank herein declares, and not gatlin-gun rapid-fire preaching against the false gospel. Such preaching does not comfort this sheep. How about you?
“ Great Sermon! ” SermonAudio, in the purpose of God has enabled me to access & hear this message 9+ years later. The fact that it can be printed PFD format is even a great means of blessing. Now, brother Gary delivered an outstanding teaching the verse; clear, simple to follow and true to experience. Having heard other broadcasts, by other men, this is the finest of the heat. and the sweetest of the honey.

If Christ is ALL, when everything is removed whereby we remain with our earthly tabernacle (our 2-natured state) with Christ in us the hope of glory, if He be ALL then, we have ALL; God give us the grace to know, understand & say: "I have enough" (Gen 33:11). Also, we are reminded that the gift of God, a messenger, is but the means and we dare not see him as "in the stead of God" though God may speak to His sheep through the means ordained. Thank you, brother Bruce.

Teaching the Word of God without compromise yet, with the carefulness and shepherd-like concern for the sheep that they might know God revealed in the Lord Jesus Christ.
This message was such comfort to my soul, as it was no doubt to those who heard it 1st hand.
“ Great Sermon! ” This faith in not human but supernatural. Faith is not something we are born with. Enoch, Abraham and Rahab (known as the harlot) all pleased God who purposed, before the worlds were made, to save a people, predestinated in love, to eternal life. He has revealed Himself in the written Word of God as well as His Incarnate Son, Jesus Christ, who is the fullness of the Godhead bodily, and given us the gift of faith to believe God. What a clear from brother Paul.

brother Don would say that the Gospel; the testimony of God concerning His Blessed Son is a singular message that is as simple; sufficient enough for even a child to understand. Compared to HE who is WISDOM, God grant that as a babes-in-Christ, all His children will hear and see the OBJECT of your message, who is our Lord Jesus Christ. Your preaching is experient-rooted. It is impossible for doctrinal preaching to produce real comfort because its lifeless.

What better comfort for a child of God than to be preached "LOOK TO CHRIST!" Having predestinated all His children purposed from eternity past to conformity to His Beloved Son, He has in providence and grace made us "new" a new heart equipped with faith possessing ears to hear & eyes to see whereby with the heart we believe and with the mouth confess He is the Christ, and we hear Him declare: Look unto ME and be saved! OH what God; OH what a Savior.
“ Job: A type of The Lord Jesus (John 5:39) ” Whether it be the man Job, or this man writing, like the apostle we groan under the experience of our daily battle "O wretched man that I am", but when I consider these promises: "sin shall not have dominion over you", and "there is therefore now no condemnation to them who are in Christ Jesus" I have fresh wind in my sail when I hear how Job (our Savior) prayed for his friends; his children (John 17:20 and Romans 8:27).

“ Great Sermon! ” I’m new to Hope Bible Chruch and though I joined after Pastor Leakes passing, I’m thoroughly enjoying his sober and loving approach to the Gospel.
“ Great Sermon! ” A simple and clear declaration of Christ, the faithful and blessed man, and praise and bless God for His determinate counsel and will to elect and keep a people, His people, in the Beloved from the beginning. Our Lord Jesus executed the Covenant with His own Body and Blood; obedient in all things until the Lamb was slain. Brother Don was a choice clay pot of the King.
