IF, for some reason, we received an error when trying to send our weekly email newsletter to your email address, then
we automatically put that address in our internal 'bad list' of email addresses. Some possible causes for this kind of failure include:
A truly invalid address (perhaps mistyped). Please be sure to supply a valid email address in order to access the free sermons!
An over-active SPAM blocker rejecting our newsletters. In this case, please make sure to ACCEPT all messages coming from news@sermonaudio.com. You may have a spam blocker on your mailbox that perhaps you are not even aware of!
An unchecked mailbox becoming full. In this case, simply empty your mailbox or provide a different email address.
Or, your ISP is actually blocking our servers directly mistakenly thinking that we are sending out SPAM emails. In this case, contact your ISP and ask them to grant access to our newsletter server (mail.sermonaudionews.com) and to all mail coming from news@sermonaudio.com.
If you believe there is a mistake and you would like for us to remove it from our 'bad list',
simply submit it using the form below and we will temporarily take it off the list and test the address again immediately.
But if we still receive errors when trying to send an email to that email address, it will again be considered an invalid address.
A valid email address is required to freely access the MP3 sermons on this site.
