Apostasy......Bennett´s sermon! Powerful teaching that strikes at the heart of each and every one of us. The problem, my problem, is that many of us who have been taught and do teach in the church do not know the roots of the Reformation movement. Then, we go out to search for some similarity of among other groups...finding it, it sounds religious and christian. I have read lots by James d g Dunn, NT Wright, where they try to find the historical roots..but now when Bennett spoke about the New Perspective and denying imputation, a red-warning light shines. Then I must re-read. Can you send a printed version of this message for further study? There is so much within it for study purposes, especially when Bennett talks about the differences between RC & Reform teaching. I would deeply appreciate it. Richard Bennett spent twenty-one years as a RC priest in Trinidad, WI. After a serious accident in 1972, he began to study seriously the Bible. After fourteen years of contrasting Catholicism to Biblical truth, he was convicted by the Gospel message. In 1986, he saw that...
