Revelation 20 is a passage of Scripture that has been the subject of much debate, particularly concerning the Millennium. Placing the chapter in the wider context of Revelation, we find that all is in harmony, that the Millennium is the age in which Satan is restrained so that he cannot deceive the nations as such as he did in Old Testament times, and the saints rule wth Christ in heaven. At its end there will be a short time when Satan is allowed to attack the Church with greater fury than ever before, which will swiftly be ended by Christ's return, followed by the Judgement.
