In verse 25 Paul is now addresses the Unmarried Virgins. The Greek word is parthĕnŏs, par-then´-os This is a noun in the feminine plural form which tells us that Paul is speaking to all maidens; by implication; unmarried daughters:—virgins.
In the ESV this word is translated Betrothed which according to Bakers Encyclopedia means The First stage in a marriage contract aka, the engagement period.

Vol. 1: Greek-English lexicon of the New Testament: A Virgin is a person who has not as yet married (and possibly implying virginity)—‘unmarried person.' concerning the unmarried, I do not have a command from the Lord’ 1 Cor 7:25. Some scholars interpret virgin as referring not only to those who have never married, but also to widows and widowers who have not remarried. The meaning of ‘unmarried persons who are not necessarily virgins’ is well attested in Greek from classical times.
Paul says Now concerning the betrothed (virgins), I have no command from the Lord, but I give my judgment (some translations say i give my opinion, and this is wrong) as one who by the Lord’s mercy is trustworthy.
