SERMON INFO

1. Salvation has happened in the context of sin, Law, death and condemnation.

2. These things mediate a sinner's relationship with God apart from Christ. And it is a hopeless relationship.

3. How then does a sinner get out of this relationship?

4. This question can only be answered by God for the sinner.

5. God has proposed the way of salvation of His people. The way of His appointed mediator, who is His first Born and also the Lamb of sacrifice.

6. In the Passover we then find God's proposed solution to the sinner's plight.

7. Those in slavery to sin (In EGYPT) can only experience the Exodus if and when God's Passover has been offered.

8. And that answers the condition of salvation, because men and women have a tendency to condition salvation on things that do not save.
