Like much of the nation during last week, on Sunday we had a bad weather day. It was truly " A Rainy Night in Georgia" as Brook Benton used to sing. But, what a blessing we had! Brother Tommy McLeroy continued his fiery, yet doctrinal, message on Justification, and it added some great light to the morning message. I had to share this with you, for I believe that the answer to our present dilemma in many churches is to get back to the "Old Paths". The pure truth of the gospel that the reformers preached and taught is an absolute necessity. Many in the 70's and 80's used to speak of "A recovery of the gospel." That's what we need, and messages like this move us in that direction.
