In the evening we take up Leviticus 19.33-37 and Heidelberg Catechism Lord's day 42, dealing with the 8th commandment. Do we understand and live out biblical equity? That word - equity - has been WRONGLY redefined by our secular culture. While the society demands that all bow to 'diversity - equity - inclusion' key words of the woke politics of the day. But in the Bible God uses the word 'equity' in a very different way. We will take up this issue with great concern for Christians in our day. By the way, the subtitle of the evening sermon is "The Sin of 'if you ain't Dutch you ain't much." Yes, we need to go there. Please pray that we will have open hearts and minds as the Lord lovingly sanctifies us in His Word. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Leviticus 19:33-37 True Equity and Beyond (or the Sin of "If You Ain't Dutch, You Ain't Much") / Heidelberg Catechism Lord's Day 42
