Lee Shelnutt was approved by the World Witness Board in Fall 2021 as a full-time missionary candidate in a new field of service known as the Barnabas Ministry. As Director of Discipleship Ministries in Pakistan and Rwanda, he is leading the Barnabas Ministry's pastoral and leadership training programs. Prior to this, he served World Witness as a volunteer in missions for more than 10 years, where his work was primarily that of mentoring Pakistani ARP pastors.
Lee is currently serving as Senior Pastor at Huntersville ARP Church. He is a former Moderator of the General Synod and has served in various capacities throughout the ARP denomination. He is a graduate of Reformed Theological Seminary, Atlanta School of Biblical Studies, and Georgia Tech and has worked in the engineering field with Delta Air Lines. Lee and his wife, Joni, have one daughter, Neidin.
