Rev. Bill Marshall is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and began his naval career in submarines, before leaving the navy to pursue a calling to the gospel ministry. He subsequently attended Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia where he had the privilege of studying under such notable Reformed scholars as Cornelius Van Til, John Murray, Edward...Rev.
