The rest of the story is here for us, we stand on grace, and we are sustained BY that same grace. Our lives are in the hand of a Sovereign God, our days written in His book, each one planned, ordained, guided and purposed for the intention of God in our lives. It is this confident assurance of His grace that allows us to face whatever comes... it will all work to produce in us everything exactly as our loving Father has intended. It will finally end up producing the powerful hope that knits us to one another and binds us to our God. The eternal hope of His coming, of His setting all things to rights, of the endless, glorious, beautiful reign of the Son. He who is our Redeemer, our Savior, the Lover of our souls... Jesus our Lord. Whatever you face in this day, my dear one, know that your God has brought it to bring your heart to Him. Follow the crimson thread of His powerful promise home to His heart. This moment passes, but eternity is in His beautiful, perfect face. There you will find your rest and the hope that carries you home.
