July has been an exciting month. With the excitement of Camp over, we as a Church turned our focus to Vacation Bible School. This year our theme was "Come build with Us." Many children came and participated in the week of Bible teaching and fun. Over the course of the week many children trusted Jesus Christ as their Saviour. We also had 1 mom trust Christ at the closing program. 2 other adults have since been saved from the followup. It is good to see God's hand working in people's lives and God drawing them to Himself through this outreach of our Church.
The next event on the calendar will be a missions trip to Portugal. We are excited for all that are able to go. They will have fellowship with 3 missionary families that we currently support there. Portugal is a needy country with barely any gospel witness. Please pray that some in the group would surrender to return as missionaries or to commit their lives to serve God full time.
