America's Constitution is a wonderful document. There are very few issues that cannont be resolved by going back to our ruling document. This is a bigger issue than just milk, it's about freedom. The FDA as an entire agency is illegal is it not?

Great Sermon! Highly recommend listening to this sermon. I like his point about testimonies. Too often they tell of a past experience with God and exclude the growth and greater love one should have for God every day afterward. Are we continuing with God after conversion and loving Jesus more and more? Makes me think of Sanctification. Anyhow, I was blessed by this sermon and hope others will be as well.

Yes, alot of new churches starting up but yet the # attending churches continues to fall...so are these new churches reaching the lost or just taking from the church down the road?

Acts 19:37 "For ye have brought hither these men, which are neither robbers of churches, nor yet blasphemers of your goddess." Why has the former Green Beret but now professed pastor and brother in Christ singled out this book for exploitative burning? Seeing it is not the case that he is repenting Islam, and so burning the book to rid himself of any reference and cause of doubt of those his former ways. My priorities in Christ Jesus have me leaving off such simplistic exploits, as I by all means let them do what they will: for God will require all to answer for all things in judgment.
If I had one of these books I'd burn it...not publically but privately at my home with my family. I'd ask myself and my family: "Are there other things in our lives that are false that we are accepting?" This mindset is what is so hypocritical about this "news story". The media plays this story while down playing others. Our military burns bibles, We kill our children thru abortion...Do we react with the same passion as we do over this issue?
Thou shalt not burn the whatever...I Suggestion 3:18
I'm not condoning putting folks in harm's way just to make a show....
But did we all get this wound up when our very own U.S. Military burned Bibles?
Do we get this wound up when how many babies per day are murdered in this country (with our tax dollars)?
The question to me is: why the difference? We can do the "christian thing" and tell this church don't burn these books cause it can cause problems....great, but did we jam the phones lines and email boxes of our leaders when they destroy God's word or kill the innocent? hmm? It seems we are very subjective about doing the "christian thing".
HornNest wrote: Yeah, but so did the radical Islamists who beheaded Americans and recorded the gory event so that the whole world could watch! So what?! Should Christians imitate these barbarians too?
Sorry HornNest but you missed my point that one little group has had a influence on the entire world....what if we would stand on the WORD, nothing more, nothing less.
But at the same time how you can compare someone burning a book to someone beheading someone?
Don't forget that the U.S. military burned Bibles last year because they might offend the muslims...talk about a bunch of hypocrites!
We can debate if this church is right or wrong but the fact remains that one little church in Florida has the whole world in a tizzy because they are not afraid to back down in what they believe in...hmm!
Cezar wrote: There are not many true men in America any more.
Agree with you...but there are also fewer and fewer "true women". It can be quite difficult on a young man today when he begins to learn of his roles and try to take up leadership only to be shot down by the women in his life.
Jim Lincoln wrote: ...not a bad article, but did they just wake up to fact that public schools and mainline churches have always been for that crazy house called the UN?
with mainline churches losing 80% of their 1.8 kids they won't be around long. Public Schools on the other are growing more powerful every day.
Jobless Claims hit record highs...take this and factor in bringing 10's of thousands of troops home to no jobs. Don't misunderstand, I believe the troops should be coming home but unfortunately I'm afraid our politicans are more worried about themselves then what is right for the nation.
