Thankyou Faithful and Lyn for your posts I will look at these web sites hopefully during lunch today.

It amazes me how much deception is truly out there. I have 6 brothers and one of them is my identical twin, he is saved the others are not. One of brothers and I had a discussion the other day and the venom that came from this atheists heart would make a devil worshiper blush. He hates Jesus Christ and all of his followers. In his worldly mind all roads lead to heaven. As we all know John 14:6 makes it very clear that there is only one way and that is Christ.

Blessings to you both!
In Christ

I know a woman Kimberly who has a child that is a severe diabetic. She thinks this Todd Bently guy is the real deal and has chosen not to give her child the medication needed for this disease.

She said all she needs is enough faith and that everything that comes out of this guys mouth is absolutely from God.

She says the same thing about Benny Hinn. I know alot about the lies about both of these men and have communicated them along with scripture to her.

But she has been brainwashed into believing in these fools. Do any of you know a good web site that I could send her that might help her out of her darkness before something horrible happens to her child?

When John Paul II became the pope in 1978 he formally rededicated himself and his whole Pontificate to Mary. He traveled around the world making visits to numerous Marian shrines around the world so that he could venerate her in the fashion that Catholic theology calls him to, that’s hyperdulia(??) which is a higher dulia or a higher veneration than for angels. His example in his preoccupation and his devotion to Mary motivated thousands if not millions of Roman Catholics to make Mary the primary focus of their lives, the primary focus of their prayers. He had a Papal crest developed and it was a simple coat of arms and in the middle is a huge M for Mary. When he died, his coffin was decorated with a large M. His personal slogan which he embroidered into all his Papal robes in Latin, Totus tuos ego sum maria, I am totally yours, Mary. Totus tuos ego sum.

The Catholic religion is without question an entirely different gospel. How the Catholics are so blind to this false religion is plain heart breaking.

GG I really pray that you will someday know this religion to be total antichrist.

When Paul was later imprisoned in Rome in the year 60 to 62, he wrote four letters and he included in those letters all who came to him, never mentions Peter. In his last letter, 2 Timothy, written in the year 64 or about that, he gives greeting to ten people in Rome, not Peter. By the way, Peter was never called to the Gentiles anyway. Galatians 2:7 and 8, you might want to look at that for just a minute. Galatians 2:7 and 8, he says, “I had been entrusted...Paul says...with the gospel to the uncircumcised, to the Gentiles, just as Peter had been to the circumcised.” Peter was never called to pastor a Gentile congregation, to take the gospel to the Gentiles, never. Galatians chapter 2 talks about, verses 11 to 14, when Peter came to Antioch, Paul had to oppose him to his face because he stood condemned because of his terrible, terrible compromise. It was he who denied the Lord, as you know. It was he who disobeyed the Lord. It was he who was cowardly.
By the way, the head of the Jerusalem church, you might think at least Peter would be the head of the Jerusalem church, but he’s not. According to Galatians chapter 2 and Acts chapter 15, the head of the Jerusalem church was James.

Hi Mike sorry about the Giants I was a NY fan last night NE 16-0

I Think Calvins teaching match up with what scripture teaches

Malachi 1-3
2 “I have loved you,” says the LORD. But you say, “How have you loved us?” “Is not Esau Jacob's brother?” declares the LORD. “Yet I have loved Jacob 3 but Esau I have hated. I have laid waste his hill country and left his heritage to jackals of the desert.”

Romans 11-13
11 though they were not yet born and had done nothing either good or bad—in order that God's purpose of election might continue, not because of works but because of him who calls— 12 she was told, “The older will serve the younger.” 13 As it is written, “Jacob I loved, but Esau I hated.”

Romans 9 And they sang a new song, saying, `worthy art Thou to take the book, and to break its seals; for Thou wast slain, and didst purchase for God with Thy blood men from every tribe and tongue and people and nation. 10And Thou hast made them to be a kingdom and priests to our God; and they will reign upon the earth.'"

First, look carefully at verse nine. Did Christ ransom everybody in every people group? No, He did not for if He did it would not say that the ransomed are taken out from every people group, which clearly means Christ ransomed some people not all.

I dont worship Calvin he was just a man, so was David, John, Moses etc.

However the TULIP is based on TONS of scripture. And Walt from Michigan has for years now showed you the scripture. I suppose all of you anti calvys hate him to. I have also noticed that the people who disagree with us so called calvys have venom dripping from their tongues toward anyone who agrees with Calvins teachings. Why? Does God mention the word elect, depravity of man, does he talk about first drawing us to himself?
Is it so hard to belive that God chooses some and some he does not?
My question to any anti Calvy is what are you so angry about? I mean this with love and respect nothing more.
Love in Christ Rick

Matthew 16, and this one you know, Jesus said, “I say to you, you’re Peter and on this rock I’ll build My church.” You are Peter and upon this rock I will build My church. It’s a play on words. He’s not saying you are Peter and upon you I’ll build My church. You are Peter, Petros...Petros, small stone, and upon this Petra, rock bed, I will build My church. What rock bed? The rock bed of the reality of Christ. Simon Peter in verse 16, “Thou art the Christ the Son of the living God. And Jesus says, “Blessed are you, Simon Barjona, because flesh and blood didn’t reveal this to you, My Father who is in heaven. I say you are a small stone, but it’s on the rock bed of who I am that I will build My church.” How could that be perverted, the language is crystal clear?

Abigail I read some of your posts, it would appear that you have been decieved into believing that if we are truly saved we will not sin. Then why did Paul claim to be the cheif of all sinners. Abigail can you honestly tell us that you dont sin anymore?

Joel Osteen and Opra have several things in common. They both have a false religion, and a very large audience.

They both provided a scheme to validate an itchy ear.

Opra (New Age) - You create a God that best fits your life.

Joel (Prosperity Gospel) - Follow my God and you can be as rich as I am.

Be careful here brother never ever to praise any man.

Only God gets the praise.

OK Abigail
I have a simple question for you.

Can you say with certainty that if you knew you were going to die in 20 years from now that you would go to heaven?

Its either yes or no.

John 5:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.

You have everlasting life - present tense. How long is everlasting? Does that mean everlasting as long as you don't become unfaithful? Don't you think that God would have said that if that is what He meant? When you read the scripture, don't add to it or take away. Are you that vain that you would put words in God's mouth? It says you have already "passed from death unto life," past tense! That is irreversible. You will not go to hell once you are born again.

And you still have not answered the question Where in the Bible does it tell us how we get it back should we lose it. Nor does it say how much sin it takes to lose it. If we could lose it how was it ever free to us? Would not a loving God address these questions.

Love in Christ
Rick

Are you really a pastor? I see self rightousness and self judgment in your email. Who do you think you are that you can measure a heart of someone just because they are in the lime light.

Obvious Truth
It is very plain to see in the Bible that God does not want us to have fear about losing our salvation. In fact, in 1 John 4:17-18 we are told that our love is "made perfect, that we may have boldness in the Day of Judgment." If you are worrying about your salvation your love is not made perfect and how can you have boldness on the Day of Judgment? Worrying about losing your salvation produces false fear and self-righteousness. Self-righteousness in turn produces pride and God hates, "a proud look!" Proverbs 6:16-17 He hates pride because it is evil and we are to hate it too! Proverbs 8:13 The false fear is there, because you cannot lose your salvation. The self-righteousness is there, because you try to earn your salvation by doing good works and being good enough. Therefore, the flesh can say, "Look at me; look what I'm doing or look how good I am."

Again I ask you Obsious just how good do you have to be or how much sin can you get away with if you think you can lose your salvation? What did Christ die for if you can earn your salvation and have to do enough good works or sin too much to lose it? Christ died in vain if you believe that
