Have you ever considered unplugging from the Beast?

Well, I have and I have to tell you... it feels GREAT!

For so long, we have been joined at the hip with socialist media and these blasted smart phones.

I submit; that the ease of navigating through the digital age is appealing: but, it is also all too time consuming. I admit, the smart phone has been one of the things I grab within the first ten minutes of the day. It has been the second to last thing I have done before prayer at bedtime.

Well, it must stop.

I encourage all if you who read this blog to consider how much time we spend on the Web every day.

Are we spending even a fraction of that time communing with the Lord?

I, for one, have had quite enough of it.

The Twitter has been gone for almost 4 months now. I just deleted the Facebook last night. Instagram will be done today.

Sports are not going to be consuming time either.

I remember a time when there was no computers, smartphones, or internet.

I want to unplug and get back to that time.

I will still record book and sermon narrations. God Forbid I give that up.

But the rest of it...
