So as time goes bye, We as Christians should be reminded that God has said when ye see all these things, Stand ye in the Holy Place. Jesus is our Holy Place and it would be good to not let the devil have us looking at the sin run rampant, but to keep our focus with Christ. He has said if you love me, keep my commandments. Perhaps prayer that the lost with the world might find mercy and salvation is more in order than what the lost are heaping troubles upon themselves is called for!
It Should be remembered that we are a fallen creation. God has provided our rescue point in his Son Jesus Christ. It may be that a broadcast such as was aired could provide an impetus for more ernest prayer on this matter. God loses none that he calls his own and regardless of compasion, Islamic terrorists work the work of the devil. Let us remember Christ's victory over death when things of this sort are aired!
