Great Sermon! Brother David gives a very complex and perplexing sermon. He makes sense with his presentation, but indeed it's a very difficult topic to understand, and it must be listened to more than once.
Strong Sermon! Brother Jon gives us a strong picture that we must be vigilant of false teachers and apostates who infiltrate the church and destroys the weak brethren. Only by studying the Holy Scriptures and depending on the Holy Spirit to keep us close to Christ Jesus can we have peace and contentment and keep the church strong.
Strong Sermon! Brother David gives us a definite distinction between the New Covenant and those outside of it. Only having Christ Jesus as its main emphasis will anyone see where the Truth is. Most of today's churches do not belong to the New Covenant -- they are preaching their own empty gospel and it's getting worse all the time. Thank you Jesus Christ for dying for our sins.
Strong Sermon! Brother David uses the prophet Amos to make us examine our churches today. Do we see God's acceptance or His rejection? Too many of our churches have some sort of "pope" dictating everything and leaving our Christ Jesus. In fact in some ways we can be our own
"pope" -- the self as directing the direction of our life. God demand that Christ Jesus is all if we follow the Truth of the Scriptures.
Strong Sermon! Brother David gives us a hard line for dealing the different cultures -- whether they include the laws, philosophies, ceremonies, rituals, he shows us what Paul has to say. Preach Christ Jesus -- He is all and we should not detract from Him. There is no other way except through Christ Jesus, he says that over and over because it is the only Truth.
Strong Sermon! As Brother David shows us that Paul was always telling Timothy to preach the Word, to stay strong with Jesus Christ as there were many false teachers. Today it is no different, as we have weak and false teachings coming out of most churches. We as individuals must rely on the Holy Scriptures for the Truth as we cannot depend on today's preachings.
Powerful Sermon! Brother David gives a most impassioned message about Paul's final years. From it we should also take Paul's strong belief in Jesus Christ to our last days. From his most negative confines and physical problems, he pours out his faith in the Christ and it will also give believers great feeling too. This world will try to overpower you with problems and try to destroy your faith, but that's the time to get closer to Jesus Christ and know that He will be with you always.
Powerful Sermon! Brother David speaks the Truth as it should be spoken in every sermon. Christ Jesus is the Gospel and it should be number one in every sermon or teaching. Today, churches lack emphasizing the Gospel, and the name of Christ Jesus is barely spoken. Instead preachers talk about other issues, while they almost never talk about Christ Jesus being all and everything. Weak sermons do no good to either believers or non-believers. The powerful old-time preachers are almost never heard -- what a Spiritual emptiness.
Great Sermon! Brother David asks the ultimate question: Do you want to be saved? He makes it clear that your answer will determine your internal future, yet many simply ignore the question. For us as followers of Christ Jesus, we can live a joyful, peaceful life knowing our future is solid in eternity with Christ Jesus. What a wonderful feeling to live with.
Inspiring Sermon! Brother David presents a powerful, inspiring message if you are already a follower of Lord Jesus. And if you are not a part of God's family, he gives strong reasons to do all you can to study and submit to Christ Jesus because the Rapture can happen at any moment and the decision time is over and judgment will follow. It's so good to have Christ Jesus as my Lord and Savior -- my entire outlook has a positive expectation for the future.
Encouraging Sermon! Brother David does truly present a very encouraging message to us who are part of God's family. If you need a spiritual uplift, you need to hear this message. It is so full of strength that you will enjoy hearing it regularly, especially when times are tough.
Strong Sermon! Brother David gives us who are saved great hope and strength to endure in this world of Satan's ruling. I'm blessed by this message to continue studying the Holy Scriptures to know Christ Jesus more each day.
Great Sermon! Brother David gives us a strong message about Regeneration even through the OT prophet Ezekiel, while today we have the NT and Christ Jesus more fully shown. The big difference now for the unsaved sinner is that he/she has no excuse for being ignorant of the Gospel unto Salvation. Today's churches are weak and ignore The Truth to their congregation -- the road to damnation is filled as they go through the Wide Gate.
Great Sermon! Brother David's message is very simple: if you are a follower of the Lord Jesus, be serious and committed totally, do not make verbal affirmatives by not follow through with it in your heart. Say it with belief, or don't say it at all.
Great Sermon! Brother David does a great job discussing the 3 prophets, the reaction to their listeners, and shows how it applies to us with the differences by our churches in their acceptance of the Lord's Word or by their rejection of it.
Too many of our preachers are weak in their acceptance of God's teaching and either ignore or reject it.
Great Sermon! This message has great application to today. Though Jeremiah preached the word and it was rejected by actually burning the Scroll, the word remained alive. As today, many will reject the Truth of God, it will stay strong and bring salvation to many.
Great Sermon! Brother David gives us a picture of apostasy in today's churches and is getting worse. The Truth is not preached anymore and the church is totally weak and the need for revival was never more needed.
Great Sermon! Brother David shows us that the exchange between Jeremiah and Zedekiah can be applied to today's church atmosphere. Many hear the Word but do nothing with it. Our churches are weak and do not offer the Grace of God to sinners. It is more like a social gathering and no Truth is given out. Our world and our nation are empty of salvation's offerings.
Strong Sermon! Brother David gives a strong sermon on what happens you hear the Word and not do what it says. Jeremiah says the Truth of God, yet the priests and kings do their own desire and end with harsh judgment. For us today, we must not only "talk the talk, but walk the walk," follow God's plan and be protected.
Insightful Sermon! Brother David gives us great insight into the meaning of the riches we have through the Lord's becoming poor for us. He gives us unique examples of the riches we obtained when we entered the Royal Family of God, all through the Amazing Grace of Christ Jesus. There is much great "food for thought" about our riches today. If was all through Jesus Christ and we should be thankful every day for our blessings.
