Who We Are
We are a church located in Oakwood, Georgia.
Dr. Rod Bell was born in Low Gap, Boone County, West Virginia, August 12, 1934, and is married to Lenore (Justice). They have three grown children: Niki, Tim, and Rod, Jr., with four grandsons and one granddaughter. On January 19, 1957, Dr. Bell was saved and was called to preach the same year. Today, he is currently involved in Missions Revivals, and coordinating missions projects at home and abroad.

Dr. Bell is the founding pastor of Tabernacle Baptist Church in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and founder of Tabernacle Baptist School and Theological Seminary, and Tabernacle Bible College and Bible Institute in Virginia Beach, as well as Mount Calvary Baptist Church in Greenville, South Carolina. He has served as president of numerous boards, including the Baptist Congress on Fundamentalism, Fundamental Baptist Fellowship of America, and Fundamentalists for Biblical Morality.
