Who We Are
We are a church located in Palmhurst, Texas.
We are a Baptist church who seeks to reach the Rio Grande Valley with the gospel of Jesus Christ while holding to the fundamental doctrines of the Word of God. Since 1977, Faith Baptist Church has been ministering in the Rio Grande Valley to the communities of Palmhurst, Mission, McAllen, and Edinburg. What began as a small country church has retained its family-centered ministry even as it has expanded the scope of its ministry.
R. David Harris
David Harris is the Senior Pastor at Faith Baptist Church. He earned his M. Div. from Heart of America Seminary in Independence, MO. David, his wife Kim, and children Courtney and John, moved to the Valley in 2006 after David accepted the call that the membership of Faith put out to him to become their senior pastor.
