Thomas became a pastor at Dayspring Church in 2022. Thomas and his wife, Jenny, have two adult children. Thomas earned his Master’s Degree (M.Div) at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Latin American Studies from the University of Texas at Austin.

Thomas is a public school teacher and has pastored churches in multiple states. He has received extensive counseling training through Peacemaker Ministries and speaks Spanish fluently.
