Josef Urban
126 Sermons
Josef was raised in Ohio and was converted as a teenager by an unexpected intervention of sovereign grace. Immediately he took the gospel to the streets and ministered in the gang-infested neighborhoods of inner-city Detroit. Later he served as a full-time missionary to Mexico for ten years in the planting and pastoring of a number of churches. He has a Master of Theological Studies with an emphasis in exegetical theology from Reformed Baptist Seminary. He is currently pursuing further studies at Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary in Grand Rapids. He is the author/editor of two books, The Way of Salvation: Simply Set Forth and Great Doctrines of the Faith: A New Catechism for Children and Families (both published in Spanish). Josef currently resides in Grand Rapids with his family and frequently travels abroad, focusing especially on missions work in Mexico and Latin America.
