“ Message Clearly Explained ”
Dr. Jones explains so clearly that Jesus our servant sorrowful, grieving, & completely silent yet completely obedient to His Father. Our Redeemer, our substitute, our only hope to be saved.

Thanks for sharing this brother! The part about
keeping a journal of foods eaten was very
convicting as I have many health problems and
have had to go on a strict diet. Of course, all
of this is so that we can have the ability to
do God's will with all our heart and all our
soul. Amen!

Good morning,

how strange everything looks sometimes......!

I started my day by opening the daily infomail of swrb and so came to read an article by B. Schwertley about the popish cristmas - then choosing the next link and coming to SermonAudio - my eyes beeing catched by this little add at the side, ... reading this and just beeing wondering about the devotion to christmas and its content. sometimes christianity is very confusing to me. how can a subject be so controvers? what does a bachelor and masters degree do to young people? how deeply we are rooted in paganism and "love".

Thank you brother! I will pray that God
provides for you, the other brothers, and the
ministry as a whole. The world needs more men
who will preach the gospel and work full-time
for Him, and do it basically for free.
His grace is sufficient in weakness"

We can avoid confusion, chaos, anger, hatred, and even ill-used words in a few ways:
1) Turn off the TV and all forms of media/entertainment. They are satan's tools for programming & controlling the masses;
2) Bury yourselves in the word of God; love Him and His righteous ways;
3) Listen to the Holy Spirit and do the good works that we are called to do, i.e. act justly, love mercy and walk humbly before the Lord our God.

Just wondering why you would choose CNN for your news as they are part of the problem. We have plenty of those who only willing to report on things that support their ideology.

Thanks for the reminder of what God deems
important for us in this life. And thanks
for all that you do for the work of the
ministry of our great God and Savior Jesus
Christ.
Your brother, Torrey
By the way, Andy if you actually read this,
I have been offered a student Pastor
position at a Reformed Baptist Church in
Kentucky, and I will not be going back to
Bob Jones, but rather taking online courses
at Reformed Baptist Seminary.

Thanks for the update, Andy. As I was reading your post, my mind
went to Romans 11:33: "O, the depth of the riches both of the
wisdom and knowledge of God!" May we never tire of knowing more
about Him, and may we never lose the awe of the Gospel!

Stanza 3 of "And Can It Be?" Check the altered text found in newer
hymnals. "Humbled Himself in matchless love," instead of "Emptied
Himself of all but love." He did not lose love when He came to Earth.

Every blessing to you.

Thank you for sharing, this week or maybe next i myself have to face difficult situations, I remember something like that, when a Christian is persecuted for faithful preaching, this is a glory, christianity grows and smell better when persecuted, for it relies on the Saviour for salvation, the Lord is a Strong tower the righteous runs into and is safe. We glory in tribulation for tribulation worketh patience and patience experience and experience hope, and hope (the love of God sheed in our hearts by the Holy Ghost), endure persecution, do the work of an evangelist, the Lord goes before you, he will not forsake or fail you, do not be afraid, neither be dismayed. May our Lord through this pruning make us more like our Jesus, who set his face as flint, to Jerusalem, to be kill outside the vineyard. The Lord is my light and my salvation of whom shall i fear, the Lord is the strength of my life of whom shall I be afraid, for those who are for us are more than those that are with them. The Lord Jesus his name is faithful and truth. May the Lord gives strength for we wrestle not against flesh. Praying for you. our times are in His hands, and remember nobody can pluck us from the Fathers hands. Love you

“ Wonderful to hear Dr. Jones ”
I love hearing Dr. Jones' enthusiastic yet content-heavy messages! He had a great impact on my life many years ago through his preaching on radio and TV for Brookside Baptist Church. Please continue to add many new messages. Blessings!

Praying for you and your grandmother,
Christopher. Great post. Keep your eyes on
Jesus and walk by faith. The waves and
winds cannot keep you from walking on the
water if you have your eyes on the Lord.
Thanks for getting out of the boat and
trusting Him with your life.
