Who We Are
We are a church located in Lilburn, Georgia.
Killian Hill was founded in 1969 and we are located at 151 Arcado Road in Lilburn, Georgia.
Our church is a Bible-teaching ministry. The pastor's pulpit is mainly committed to expository preaching of the whole counsel of God. There is a concern for Biblical evangelism and a desire for balance. However, the greater distinction of the ministry is teaching.
Our church is Baptist, but that is secondary to its being Christian and Biblical. We hold to the historical Baptist distinctives including regenerate church membership, believers' baptism, separation of church and state, the priesthood of all believers, and the Lordship of Christ.
Our church is Missionary, not only in word, but in deeds of involvement at home and abroad with substantial commitments to several missionaries, rather than token expressions to many.
Our church is Fundamental, which means we believe, without reservation, in the inspiration, inerrancy, and the authority of the Bible. The term fundamental does not imply snake handling or fanaticism, but rather implies a historical faith in the orthodox doctrines held by genuine Christians throughout the centuries.
Our church is Independent of any affiliation with ecclesiastical conventions or associations. This does not imply arrogance or self-righteous attitudes, but allows our congregation to be self-determining in its cooperation with other churches, institutions and missionaries of like faith and practice.
Chris Anderson is the founding pastor of Tri-County Bible Church, planted in 1998. He blogs at "My Two Cents," writes hymns at ChurchWorksMedia.com, regularly contributes to the OBF Visitor, and has authored the Buckaroo Bible Club children's program. He and his wife Lori are the parents of four daughters.Listen to Sermons
