At the start of this installment in the ongoing and fascinating saga of Romans Pastor takes time to read letters we get from our old and new listeners out there on the internet.
One listener from Brazil asks this: When a Jew becomes a believer does that person cease to be a Jew? Then another letter from a Macedonian living in London.
Now... On with the introduction to the sermon (which is likely to last until the sermon is 5 minutes from over).
- Internal Death (natural death) Death by corruption
- External Death (Unnatural death) murder, war etc....
Romans 5:12. Adam is the first one to experience Internal Death. Able was the first to be killed by another. Of course the monists and progressive creationists believe otherwise. Their position is easily destroyed. But there are lies related to this about Christ.
- That Christ's body went into corruption, decay.
- Christ was murdered - executed.
These are not true.
Pastor refers us to the 2 statements by Peter. Peter says JesusGod and HimGod. Therefore no one can kill Him and His body cannot decay after death. He can also raise Himself.
No corruption can exist in Him and no death is possible accept he lay His life down.
Jesus says, I AM the Never die. Some people make the choice of Always die.
Armageddon is all these people coming together with one motive. Make themselves live without God.
Now on with the sermon... (What’d I tell you?)
Go to 2 Kings 2. Elisha and Elijah are picturing Christ. They know that they know... If these men are types of Christ, and JesusGod instructs us to search the Scriptures, for they testify of Him, then it's shameful to say that Christ doesn't know.
