The Holy Spirit’s Work of Faith

This morning we began another Church education year, and this evening we pick up
our study of the Heidelberg Catechism once again as well. This evening we learn of
how true faith is "produced" or "worked" into us by the Holy Spirit. A variety of church
traditions have differing thoughts on this matter, but the Apostle Paul in Romans 10 and
our own Catechism in Lord's Day 25 reveal the Reformed understanding of this
important matter. Tonight we learn:

1. Who gives us faith.

2. Where faith resides.

3. How faith comes to us.
