Well, good morning, everyone.
Happy Sunday. It's good to see you all here this morning. I
see some new faces here today. Let's all get started in prayer
this morning. Would you please stand with me and let's pray together. Lord, thank you for the day and
the blessings that you've given us over the last week and the
opportunity to come into your house this morning and worship
you and exalt your name above all names. I ask that anybody
that's here that doesn't know you, that you would prick their
heart in a way that they would be begin to move towards you
and get to know you in their life. I also ask that you be
with those that are in need of prayer with regards to medical
procedures and travels and health concerns as well. And be with
pastor this morning as he brings your word to us. And be with
myself this morning as well as I try to lead these songs and
exalt you as well. I ask this in the name of your
son, Jesus, amen. Scripture this morning scripture
reading will be Proverbs 3 verses 5 through 8. Let's all read these
together, please Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and
lean not unto thine own understanding in all thy ways Acknowledge him
and he shall direct thy paths Be not wise in thine own eyes
fear the Lord and depart from evil It shall be health to thy
navel and marrow to the bones. Amen And our first hymn this
morning is gonna be, "'Tis So Sweet to Trust in Jesus," and
that's hymn 411 in your book if you're following along there. It is so sweet to trust in Jesus
Just to take Him at His word Just to rest upon His promise
Just to know, thus saith the Lord Jesus, Jesus, how I trust
Him, how I pray Jesus, Jesus, precious Jesus
Hold for grace to trust Him more Oh, how sweet to trust in Jesus
Just to trust His cleansing blood Just in simple faith to plunge

Him Precious Jesus, Savior, Friend And I know that He is with me

is gonna be All to Thee, and that's hymn 482 in your book

be till I die amen will you please be seated Hi, my name is Regan Galuba,
and I'm a junior at Northern Arizona University. I've been
involved in the Christian Challenge Collegiate Ministry for two years
now, and I got involved in the Partner Church Challenge Church
as well. Through that, I got to get closer
with God because I learned it's not just about rules and going
to church every Sunday. It's about loving God and loving
His people. I got the opportunity to go to
Africa on a mission trip through Christian Challenge. I had the
humbling and exciting opportunity to serve him on the other side
of the world and see how great he is in a completely different
culture. When you support Arizona Mission
Offering, you support Christian Challenge students like me. Amen. For a special this morning,
I'm going to do a song called Mercy Walked In. I believe the
original author of this is Gordon Mote. who is the piano player
for the Gaithers. But I am not him and I don't
play piano, so I'll give this a shot. I stood in the courtroom, the
judge turned my way. It looks like you're guilty,
now what do I spoke up, Your Honor. I have no defense. Oh, but that's when mercy walked
in. Oh, mercy walked in. ♪ And pleaded my case ♪ ♪ And
called to the stand ♪ ♪ It was God's saving grace ♪ ♪ The blood
was presented ♪ ♪ And that covered my sin ♪ ♪ Forgiven when mercy
walked in ♪ I stood there and I wondered,
well, how could this be? That someone so guilty had just
been set free. My chains, they were broken. ♪ And I felt born again ♪ ♪ The
moment when mercy walked in ♪ ♪ Oh, mercy walked in ♪ ♪ And pleaded
my case ♪ ♪ And called to the stand ♪ ♪ It was God's saving
grace ♪ The blood was presented ♪ And that covered my sin ♪ Forgiven
