Book of Ecclesiastes, chapter number 3. Ecclesiastes chapter number 3 and verse number 11. Ecclesiastes 3 and verse 11 is the text. Before this, the writer of the book of Ecclesiastes states everything there is a season. a time to every purpose under heaven. There's a time to be born, and there is. There's also a time to die. There's a time to plant, a time to pluck up that which is planted, a time to kill, a time to heal, a time to break down, a time to build up. That's in this world. A time to weep, a time to laugh, A time to mourn and a time to chant, to dance. A time to cast away stones and a time to gather stones together. A time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing. There's a time to get, a time to lose, a time to keep. A time to cast away. A time to rend. A time to sew, that is to put back together. A time to keep silence and a time to speak. Boy, that's the truth, isn't it? If I could just tell the difference, I think I'd have it made. Verse number eight, a time to love, a time to hate, a time of war, and a time of peace. And there is. What profit hath he that worketh in that which wherein he labored? I have seen the travail which God hath given the sons of men. He made everything beautiful in his time. And God did. God made everything beautiful in his time. Also, he has set the world in their heart so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end. What I'd like to speak about tonight is in the first part of verse number 11. He hath made everything beautiful in his time. Everything. Everything has a pattern. Everything has a fit place. There's a time to make war. Somebody would say, war would never be beautiful, but it is in the eyes of God. If it's done the way God wants it to be done, it is right. Sometimes we say, well, having peace is always good. No, it's not. I tell you what, there was a time when the nation of Israel, when they first went into the Promised Land, that was the time of war. God blessed that. Understand. Just because we think war is bad doesn't mean it is war. That is bad. It doesn't mean that at all. So, God has made everything beautiful in His own time. Tonight, I'd like to speak on the subject of beauty. We don't have a lot of that, right? Why, it's just dripping off of me. Matter of fact, most of mine is dripped off. Right? I have to have a look at it. Beauty. What about beauty? You know, God's made everything beautiful in His own time. Look with me again. In the book of Matthew, chapter number 6. Matthew 6. And read verse 28. Matthew 6 and verse number 28. The Bible said here in this place, And when I take ye thought for raiment, consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They toil not, neither do I spin. And yet I say unto you, that even solemn in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these." Wow! the wisest man that ever lived. Even him, dressed in all the splendor, was not as pretty as the living." That's what the Bible said. Wow. Well, that tells us something about what real beauty is. You know, I think that boys have a type of beauty about them. I wonder what the Bible says about the beauty of boys and men. I mean, after all, I wonder what the Bible says about that. If you would, look in the book of Proverbs, chapter number 20. Proverbs 20. And verse number 29. And this is the truth. The Bible says that. The Bible says in Proverbs 20 and verse number 29, the glory of young men is their strength. Boys are always trying to prove how strong they are. They lift weights. They do all kinds of stuff. You know what old men do? They comb their hair if they're having hair. I thought I'd get that. That's what the Bible says. It says the beauty of old men, you know, I'm glad that old men have a beauty about them, is the gray hair. If you don't have any, don't worry about it. I think you're beautiful anyway. I really do. because there's nothing greater than that. What about girls and women? Say, my, you're getting on a touchy subject here. Well, let's look at it. Let's look at what the Bible says. All we're going to do is look at what the Bible says about what beauty is and what all that is. The glory of young men is their strength. Boy, a young man can do anything in the world. He's strong enough. Right? Read on. Let's see about the beauty of girls and women. Look at the book of Genesis, chapter number 12. In Genesis 12, the Bible states here about Sarah. This is what Abraham said about her. This is what her husband said. Genesis 12. And verse number 11, Abram here was kind of in a bind because he was going down to a place he shouldn't go down to. And he was concerned about them taking his wife away from him. He was actually concerned about him being killed to get his wife. In verse number 10 of Genesis 12, verse number 10. And there was a famine in the land, and Abram went down into Egypt to sojourn there, for the famine was grievous in the land. It came to pass, when he was come near unto Egypt, that he said unto Sarah his wife, Behold now, I know that thou art a fair woman to look upon." How fair was she? Listen, I think she was a very pretty woman. I think so. Actually, I'm not the only one that thought so. Abraham thought so. But notice what else happened. The Bible said in verse number 14, And it came to pass that when Abram was come into Egypt, the Egyptians beheld the woman. Behold, she was very fair. It didn't say she was just good looking. She was very fair. She was a pretty woman. I mean, it got their attention. Well, they do. The Bible said the princes also of Pharaoh saw her and commended her before Pharaoh. Now, Abraham and Sarah, that already made this agreement to say, well, she's my brother, he's my brother. We're not married. Which was wrong. But the princes also of Pharaoh saw her and commended her before Pharaoh. And the woman was taken in the Pharaoh's house. Wow! That's not good. God saw it all. Look at what happened in the next verse, verse number 16. This was not expected at all. The Bible said, And he entreated Abram well for her sake. Take care of Abram because we want that woman. Not, get rid of this man, we'll take his wife, we'll take his woman. No. They treated him well. For he had sheep, and oxen, and men's urns, mates' urns, she-ashes, and camels. Verse number 17, the Lord plagued. You see, God plagued. God plagued the Egyptians because they had taken this woman. But look again. In the book of Genesis 24, we find here the woman, Rebecca. Genesis 24, what the Bible says about her, in verse number 16. Well, read verse 15. And it came to pass, before he had done speaking, that is, the servant was praying for an answer to prayer. He wanted God to bless his venture because he was going to find a wife for Isaac. And he prayed the great prayer. And it was just as if that God was right there and that immediately upon him praying that prayer, that God says, okay, here she is. And he says, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Read verse number 15. And it came to pass before he had done speaking. All right. Happened real quick before. Have you ever had a prayer answer that quick? Yeah. I have. Sometimes out of desperation, you pray. And immediately, there's a knock. Sometimes when you pray, it's not that way. But sometimes there's a, God knows our heart. God knows, you see. And this man prayed, and before he had done speaking, that beholder, Rebekah, came out, which is born to Bethuel, son of Michael, the wife of Nahor, Abraham's brother, with a picture upon her shoulder. Verse number 16, the Bible says, And the woman, and the damsel, was very fair to look upon. She was a handsome dude. You folks say that about a woman? I don't think so. She was a fine looking woman, alright. A virgin. Didn't have any man known her and she had went down to the well and filled her pitcher and came up. And the servant ran to meet her. He ran there. He was excited about this. He said, he said, God is answering my prayer. And he ran. And he said, let me, I pray thee, drink a little water of thy pitcher. She said, drink my Lord. And she hastened and let down her pitcher unto her hand and gave him drink. And when she had done giving him drink, she said, I will drink, I will go water for thy camels also until they have done drinking. Wow. And she hastened, and emptied her pitcher into the trough, and ran again unto the well to draw water, and drew for his camels. And the man, wondering, have you ever done that? When God answered your prayer so evidently, obviously, and yet we scratch our heads and wonder if the Lord is in it. Well, I'm guilty. And the man wondering at her health is peace, to wit, whether the Lord hath made his journey prosperous or not. Sometimes we're the same way. But notice this woman, Rebecca, was a good looking woman. Listen, it's not wrong. It's not wrong to pray for God's will. It's not wrong. It is absolutely right to pray that God bless and God honor and that God fulfill. And He will. He'll do all of that. Look at Rachel. The book of Genesis chapter number 29. Genesis 29. And verse number 16. The Bible here says a strange thing about these two daughters of Laban. In Genesis 29, verse number 15, And Laban said unto Jacob, Because thou art my brother, shouldest thou therefore serve me for naught, tell me, what shall thy wages be? And Laban had two daughters. The name of the elder was Leah. The name of the younger was Rachel. The Bible says about these two women. The Bible said that Rachel, or the Leah, was tender-eyed. She was tender-eyed. But Rachel was beautiful. She was more than fair. I mean, this Rachel was beautiful and well-favored. It would be like a man saying, wow. But when he looked at Rachel, when he looked at Leah, the first thing that caught his eye was her eyes. That's the very first thing that caught his eye was her eyes. When she looked at you, heavenly look. So that's why the difference in the two women. One was beautiful and well favored. The other was not so beautiful, not so well favored, but a fine woman nevertheless. Look what the Bible says about Bathsheba in the book of 2 Samuel. 2 Samuel, chapter 11, and verse number 2. 2 Samuel, chapter 11, verse number 2. I tell you what, sometimes, sometimes a man is taken away. He falls in love with a beautiful woman. But beneath the skin of that woman is not so good. That's what happened, I think, to Jacob when he saw Rachel. I think that happened to him. He loved Rachel, but he was forced to take Leah first. You remember the story. But the one God blessed the most was not the good looking one. Well, shouldn't that be a lesson to us? It should really be a lesson to us. That beauty is more than skin deep. Sometimes we get the idea that, well, if I can just do my hair just so-so, If I can just have on these nice earrings, if I can just fix this body up so I'll be attractive, then that's the end of it. But it's not the end of it. At all. Rachel had two children. Leah had six. Seven. And God blessed. God blessed. We'll get into that a little bit later, Lord willing. But notice, here in the book of 1 Samuel, 2 Samuel, chapter number 11, verse number 2. 2 Samuel 11, verse number 2. Everybody can be drawn away by a beautiful woman. You can be. But beauty is more than just skin deep. It is. The Bible said it came to pass on the eventide, the day that arose from off his bed, and walked upon the roof of the king's house, and from the roof he saw a woman washing herself. Now he'd already been to bed, so it must have been kind of late. He saw a woman washing herself, and the woman was very beautiful to look upon. And he enjoyed that. He enjoyed it so much that he took Bathsheba to be his own. And you know the story of how he committed adultery that very night. And you know how that he paid, the child paid, had a baby and it was born. And you know all that story. Beauty is more than just skin deep. David was very much taken, listen, It doesn't make any difference who you are or what you think. You can be trapped by beauty when God is saying to you, you don't need to look at beauty. We've seen here how that David was trapped. He willingly trapped himself. by being with Bathsheba. We also saw how that Jacob, he had two wives, Rachel and Leah. And we see how that he was trapped with all that. And he loved Rachel more than Leah. And you understand there's a lot of jealousy going on there. And there was, indeed, there was a lot. You know, this tells me that beauty is really empty. It's really just emptiness. We want to be presentable whenever we present ourselves before anybody. We want to have our hair combed, our teeth brushed, and all that kind of stuff. I don't doubt that. But listen, beauty is nothing. It is nothing at all. Look with me. The book of Psalms 39. Psalms 39. The Bible states here that beauty actually leaves. Psalms 39 and verse number 11. Psalm 39 and verse number 11, the Bible says here, when thou with rebukes dost correct man for iniquity, thou makest his beauty to consume away like a moth. It just swims away. There's no beauty there at all. You see, how that rebuke, surely every man is vanity. That's what happens. in Psalms 49 and verse number 14. The Bible says here in this place, Psalms 49 and verse number 14. Well, this is really the truth, that a person's physical beauty dissolves away wherever they die. It is the matter of the heart that really counts, that really matters. It is how a person lives before the Lord, not what they look like. You need to understand this. If you're young and you're looking at some guy or some guy's looking at the girls and he said, I don't want that one because she's not very good looking. Or maybe it's the other way around. Maybe the girl's saying, well, I don't want that guy. He don't look good at all. You need to look deeper than that. You need to look and see what that person really is. In the book of Psalms 49 and verse number 14, the Bible said, Like sheep, they are laid in the grave. Death shall feed on them, and the upright shall have dominion over them in the morning. And their beauty shall consume in the grave. from their dwelling. That tells us that when a person dies, all their beauty is gone. I mean, it just decays away. And it's nothing at all. But what that person really is in their heart makes a lot of difference. Because a righteous person can be very beautiful. Even if we say that righteous person is ugly. Because you know when you talk to them that they're going to do you absolutely, totally right. They're going to do you honestly. They're going to do it all. You know that. That's a lot better than having somebody looking It's going to stab you in the back. It's a lot better. Look at the book of, let's see, Proverbs 31. Proverbs 31. I think this is a good one to read because in Proverbs 31 we talk about a good woman here, verse Number 10, the Bible says, who can find a virtuous woman for a price as far above her? The value that God places upon a person is not how they look. It is not how they look. Rather, it is what they really are. That's what really counts. Look in verse number 30. Proverbs 31, verse number 30. The Bible said here, favor is deceitful. And it is. Beauty is vain. It is emptiness. It is nothing, anything at all. But a woman that feareth the Lord, she shall be praised. Boy, that's the truth. There's more to all this thing than meets the eye. There's much more. But sometimes I think we have the idea that we want somebody that's better looking than that. We can just cash that inside, we'll take a better looking one. I tell you what, we better look at that. We better, honestly, we better take the one that God wants us to have. That's it. Because those are repercussions to pay otherwise. Look in the book of Proverbs chapter number 6. Proverbs 6 and verse number 25. Proverbs 6 and verse number 25. Talking about here. the physical attributes of any woman. The Bible says in Proverbs 6 verse number 25, Lest not after her beauty in thine heart, neither let her take thee with her eyelids. What? Did I do that right? I don't think I did that right. But that's what I mean. Don't let her do that. Don't. I know. But don't do that at all. Because there's repercussions for all that. You're going to pay for all of it. Don't do that. The thing is, is that all these things are physical attributes. They're on the outside. I tell you what, you can tell the real beauty of a person on the inside. Not that they get their way. Not that they even want their way. But they want God's way. And that's what counts. That is what counts. Look in the book of 2 Peter, 2 Peter 3. The Bible in this place states a truth that all of the elements shall be completely burned up. That's so. The Bible states in 2 Peter 3 and verse number 10, But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens shall melt away, shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with tormenting heat." Now that's talking about whatever the Lord has done with this world that we're living on right now. And the Bible said that everything here is going to be melted away. We're talking about eternal things. What's going to last? This eternal values, that's what's going to last. The things of God are going to last eternally. If you try to gain it all and how the good looks, that's all going to pass away. When a person is dead, you know one time I saw a picture of a woman that was checking out her makeup in a mirror, but there was two pictures there, in there. One, I should have, I thought about that, it would be good if you could see that, if you haven't ever seen that, but the woman is sitting at a at a little vanity table there, and she has this big picture, I mean, mirror ahead in front of her, but in that picture is a picture of her, but also is a picture of a skeleton. Because that's what you're looking at. You know, the person is not the flesh. It's not the flesh. But the person lives inside. The flesh is just here. I mean, it's just temporary. That's what a mouse does. It's going to pass away. You'd be more interested in who that person is than what they look like. Because what they look like is going to soon pass away. What that person is will last on and on and on. That's what you need to be looking at. All these things are going to be burned up. They're all going to be gone. Look in the book of Ecclesiastes, chapter number 11. Ecclesiastes 11. And verse number 9. I like this passage. You're also a young man, talking about a man now. So you're a young man. You're muscled up. See, I'm tougher than anybody. Yeah, all young men think that. I know. Because I used to be a young man. I know. Rejoice, O young man, in thy youth. And the bigger and vitality that you have, rejoice and be glad of all that. Let the heart cheer thee all the days in the day of thy youth. and walk in the ways of thine heart and in the sight of thine eyes. You do that, but you know this. Young man, you listen, because the Bible is absolutely telling the truth. When a man is young, he's strong enough to whoop an ape. I can do it. That's the thought. You can walk in the lust of your own heart. You can do the things that you want to do, but the Bible says, but know this, but know thou that for all those things, God will bring thee into judgment. The Bible says that. God is going to bring you into judgment. You have the answer to God. In verse number 10. Therefore remove sorrow from thy heart and put away evil from thy flesh. For childhood and youth are emptiness. That's vanity. They're nothing at all. Childhood and youth and all those things. All the strength. Look what the Bible said in chapter 12 and verse number 1. The Bible said here, Remember thou thy Creator in the days of thy youth. You need to do that. You need to know where you came from. You need to know where you're going. You must know that. While the evil days come not, nor the years shall now, when thou shalt say, I have no pleasure in them. What? Will I say one of these days, I don't have any pleasure in living? When I read this, I think of Dad Hensley. You don't know Dad Hensley. I remember Dad Hensley when I was a boy. He was always old as far as I was concerned. His pleasure was sitting in front of his house on a sunny day in a chair. That's his pleasure. He had a little one-room house. I loved to ride my bike up there to his house and talk to him. I loved to do that. I enjoyed that. Sometimes he would walk feebly with his little cane. He'd walk down the house. I say he walked down to the house because where he had to walk was downhill. I would ride my bike back and forth while he was walking. I'd pass him up. I'd ride up over to Grandma's house. I'd ride back. He'd still be walking. I made that trip a bunch of times. He'd still be walking. Before he got back to the house, he had to rest. He had to rest. He talked about, he talked about going back up that hill. If you're out of energy sugar, you make it back up that hill. I said, what hill? That's my thought. I rode a bike up that little hill. But him, it's like a mountain. I tell you what, it was a major thing, it was a major thing for this man to ever leave his house and to walk down that little hill. If you saw that hill today, you would think nothing at all about it. But I remember that. And he had such a hard time doing that. He said, if that'll ever happen to me, you're going to die first. There it is. If you live long enough, you'll get to the place, that little bitty hill, We'll just wear you out. Before my daddy died, he said a lot of times, we'd be doing something around the house there, and he'd say, well boys, you got one time, I'll help you one time, because that's all the strength I've got. That's what he said. Boy, I saw it. He'd go over to the shop, and sometimes when he got over there, that's all he could do is sit down. I've seen him walking from that shop to the house when he had to stop twice to catch his breath. So I'm telling you that the Bible's right. When the Bible talks about the frailty of this old body in which we live, I know we've got it all together. If we could just find it, we could do something with it. But that's the whole thing. We're strong as an ox until we can pick up something. The Bible said, While the sun and the light of the moon or the stars be not darkened and the clouds return not after the rain, Talking about the eyesight, that goes away. The days of keeping to the house of Kimball, that's the legs. The strong men shall bow themselves, and that's absolutely the truth, because sometimes your legs will hold you up. And the grinders cease because they're few, you lose your teeth. That's what he's saying. And those that look out the windows will be darkened. In other words, when cataracts come in, and I don't know if they got surgery out for cataracts, I've had both of my eyes fixed, so I know that. The doors be shut in the streets, and the sound of the grinding is low. Whenever you can't hear, I know they got hearing aids. And you shall rise up at the sound of a bird. When you can't sleep, you rise up at the sound of a bird. Beep, you're woke up. You sleep real light. That's what the Bible says. The doors of music be brought low. That is, when music is played, you say, oh, you got the record player on? Would you turn it up a bit so I can hear it? That's what it's saying. Also, when they shall be afraid of that which is high, and fear shall be in the way, and the almond tree shall flourish, and the grasshopper shall be burdened, you can't carry anything at all. We're just carrying anything. It's a chore. Because men go up to his long home, and the mourners go by the streets. This talks about the way of death. The silver cord will be broken, that is, in the body. Parts of it will be broken. The golden bowl will be broken, or the head. The picture will be broken, or the fountain, or whatever. The wheel broken, that's the cistern. Something's going to happen. Brother Wilbur Johnson, he was worried about dying a certain way. I forget what that was. But you know the doctor, he was worried. He's a little boy, he's worried about that. He told me about it. Or he preached or something. But he said he was always worried about how he was going to die. He was worried, worried, worried about how he was going to die. And somebody says, they don't need to worry about it, you're going to die one way or the other. Well, that's about the truth, isn't it? You're going out of here. He said, when you really got a hold of that, that death is coming. Death is coming. We can be worried about it. We can think, oh, what am I going to do when that time comes? What if I get cancer? I go through all those treatments. What if this happens now? Listen, listen. We're going to die. You might as well get used to it. That's the way it is. We'll be right before God. This old body is going to pass away. We'll be right before Almighty God. You see, that's what it's saying. All these things are going to pass away. Now, look in the book of Proverbs 11. Proverbs 11. You're a young woman here, or a girl, or whatever. Proverbs 11, verse number 22, look what the Bible says. Proverbs 11, verse 22, the Bible says, As a jewel of gold in a swine's snout, so is a fair woman which is without discretion. Wasn't that a pretty picture? Like a diamond in a goat's belly. That's what Vernon Yockey said about the old school building there at Willow Hill. That old two-story, three-story building there. We'd shine that thing up twice a year as you're ready for school. We got all ready. He said, it looked like a diamond in a goat's belly to me. I didn't understand that. A diamond in a goat's belly until I read this scripture. The Bible said, as a jewel of gold and a swine's snout, so is a fair woman that is without discretion. So it's better to have discretion than to look like a diamond in the hoax. It's much better. Let's go back just a little bit. I know we've run out of time, but we'll get to it real quick. The Bible says, let's go back to these women. Notice in the book of Genesis chapter number 12, Genesis 12 and verse number 11. No, it's not verse 11. in verse number 15. Genesis 12 and verse number 15. Sarah went into Potiphar's house without her husband. Not good. Not good. She was a pretty woman. The Bible says so. But it's not good what happened right here. I know that God intervened. I know that God had a plan for Abraham and Sarai's wife. I know that. I tell you what, sometimes we can play with dangerous things. And I think they're playing with dangerous things here. I mean, to be honest, before Almighty God. We read in Genesis 24, 16 that she was very fair to look upon. And she was a pretty woman, no doubt about it. But who was it? Who was it that lied to her husband about Jacob and the birthright? That was Rebecca. That was Rebecca. Don't do that. Look in Genesis 49. Genesis 49. And there's much here to be said about the looks of a person. I know that has a great influence today. I'll tell you what, we're much better off with a person that God wants us to have than anything else. Whenever you have the person that God wants you to have, you're very contented. That's what makes the difference. It makes all the difference in the world. Look here. The Bible states in the book of Genesis 49 and verse number 28. Let's start reading there. Verse number 28. And all these are the 12 tribes of Israel and it is that their father spoke unto them, and blessed them, every one according to his blessing he blessed them. And he charged them and said unto them, I am to be gathered unto my people." So Jacob is expecting to die. Israel is expecting to die. He said, Bury me with my fathers in the grave that is in the field of Ephraim the Hittite. This is where I want to be buried. in the cave that is in the field of Maspelah, which is before Mamre in the land of Canaan, which Abraham bought with the field of Ephraim, the Antioch, for possession of a burying place. There they buried Abraham and Sarah, his wife. There they buried Isaac and Rebekah, his wife. Notice now. And there I buried Leah. I didn't read to you the scripture that said that Jacob really loved Rachel, but he really did. But over the process of time, this man came to see that the most important values were not in the looks, rather it was in the heart of the individual. When you're looking for somebody, look at their heart. See what they want to do. That's more important than anything else. Rachel actually worshipped false gods. Remember that? Jacob was buried with Leo. Now Sheba willingly went into David's chamber and committed adultery with him, which is wrong on her part and his. What is real beauty? Look in the book of Isaiah 53. What is real beauty? What does it really mean to be beautiful? Look at the book of Isaiah 53, verse number 1. Isaiah 53, verse number 1. Who hath believed thy report? To whom is the arm of the Lord revealed? For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground. Look what the Bible says about Christ. He has no form. nor comeliness. And when we see Him, there is no beauty that we should desire Him. Nothing at all. Jesus Christ, I don't know what He looked like. I do not know what He looked like. But the Bible says that there was no beauty or comeliness about Him that we should desire Him at all. You know what really beautifies? His salvation. That's what really beautifies. That's what we need to look at. Not the physical attributes, but the spiritual parts of a person. It's very important that you do this. One of these days, we shall be like Christ. One of these days, we shall see Him face to face. Look in the book of 1 John, chapter number 3. 1 John 3 and verse number 2. 1 John chapter number 3 and verse number 2. Beloved, now are we the children of God, sons of God. Right now we're saved. And it does not yet appear what we shall be. But we know that when He shall appear, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is. What are we going to look like in eternity? You know what really counts? I'm going to be there. I'm going to be there. I don't care what I look like. I don't guess you've got any mirrors over there, I don't know. I don't know. Whenever I get there, I'll let you know. I don't know. But the heart, what a person is inside, is more important than anything else. The real beauty of women is what God sees, not what men see. The real beauty of men is not what men see, it's what God sees. We get in a lot of trouble by looking at the wrong thing. Look with me in the book of Romans chapter number 10. Romans 10 and verse number 15. Romans 10 and verse number 15. The Bible here makes what we might consider to be a strange statement, but it's absolutely the truth. The Bible says in Romans 10 verse number 15, And how shall they preach except to be sent? As it is written. How beautiful are the feet of them which preach the gospel of peace and bring glad tidings of good things. Isn't that something? Have you got beautiful feet? That's what God says. How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace and bring glad tidings of good things. Beautiful feet. Not beauty in the face, but beauty in the feet. Because they want to do what God wants them to do. I think that's a good thing. Excellent thing. Beauty is not skin deep. It's not. If that's all we've got, we've got nothing at all. We've got nothing at all. Nothing. But beauty before the Lord is real beauty. It is beauty from the heart. It shows forth. It shines. And it lights the way. That others might be able to see. That's what it really is. Okay? Alright. Brother Brian, please come. If you would, as we sing, Brother Lord will help us to be doing what He wants us to do. If you're lost tonight, I invite you to come to Christ. I know that He can save you. I know that He can. He saved me. I know He can save you as well. I know that the Lord can do wonderful things. Just trust Him. Believe in Him. And I pray that the Lord will save you tonight.
Beauty
He hath made everything beautiful in His time. If done the way He wants it to be done then it is right and beautiful. God has made everything beautiful and it is mankind that pollutes it or misuses it. Even the lily is more beautiful than Solomon's greatest garments (maybe this is a hint about what real beauty is).
