God: Gracious, Merciful, and Relenting to Do Harm

In this passage, the prophet Joel details the extent of harm and terror involved in the Day of the Lord. Joel calls Israel to repent and to know a different side of God -- gracious, merciful, and relenting to do harm. God can even bring, from a season of rebellion and sin, something good, and blessing -- if you repent and truly turn, humbly, back to Him -- on the inside.
