Your KINGDOM Come…

Your Kingdom Come. Your Will Be Done…

"Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven." (Luke 11:2)

What we need... we NEED the Almighty, the great I Am, the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End... He who IS and who WAS and who IS TO COME to be MY Almighty. We need Jesus to be the Almighty of our past, the Almighty of our present and the Almighty of our future. We NEED Him to be our ANSWER... our ANSWER to EVERYTHING.

What I want you to think about. None of it, nor you, nor me, nor any other created thing has the final word. That gem is in the hands of God, the Alpha and Omega. He, and He alone, will have the last word on it all. Which takes us back to where we begin... God has, does and will IMPOSE His will — as He chooses. Turning cost... whether you turn to Him or turn away from Him. It always cost... yet, the reward is extraordinarily different.

Yes and amen... Glory!!! This passage always makes me think of Psalms 103:20-22. The Psalmist speaks of the angels like this: "Bless the Lord, you His angels, who excel in strength, who do His word, [heeding] the VOICE of His word..."

The word "voice" is used to emphasize the reflection of His voice. Those IN HEAVEN respond at the reflection or mood of God's voice to do His will, in the spirit by which He wants it done, in heaven and upon the earth... WOW!

Intimacy... that quality time in His presence is irreplaceable. May His will be done in earth as it is in heaven. For the angels know, by the tone of His voice, how God is feeling when He speaks. This only happens for us through living and abiding in His presence. Most of us can discern the mood of those we know be
