And Solomon knew it, he was aware of this. He says, In Ecclesiastes 1, I spoke with my heart saying, I have here, that I have grown and increased my wisdom, more than all who were before me in Jerusalem. And my heart has perceived a lot of wisdom and knowledge. And I dedicated my heart to investigate. and to explore with wisdom everything that is done under the sky. So look, Solomon did not start from zero. All the contrary. If you or I did this, it would be as if we started from scratch. We are so ignorant, so unwise. To start an investigation like this would be to start from scratch, comparatively speaking. It would be impossible for us. But Salomon says, with wisdom. Knowledge. The solution to poverty. The solution to corruption. The solution to sickness and supposedly eternal life. The path to happiness and satisfaction.
