Exodus 93 Chapter 20:16

When Moses ascended upon Mount Sinai he never anticipated the glory that was to follow. And upon his descending from Sinai, he brought with him both the pattern of the Holy Temple and the legal counsel of Almighty God to be given to the people of Israel, and to the world.

The Ten Commandments are God's profound decrees of justice and cultural equity.They are the standards for civilization's well-being, without which there would be utter chaos and sorrow.

Through these Righteous Laws, God sets the legal stage for mankind so that he may live rightly before his creator in peace and holy order.
