Dare To Stand Alone
Series Daniel
Daniel in the king's court – Daniel's faith caused him to be vulnerable to persecution.
The treachery of the officials – The enemies of Daniel didn't play fair.
Daniel's faithfulness – Daniel understood the principle, "We ought to obey God rather than men." (Acts 5:29)
The king's distress – Darius, helpless on his own, finally appealed to Daniel's God as the final arbiter of Daniel's case.
Delivery – Daniel was delivered because he was innocent of wrongdoing, and he believed in God.
Requital
The king praises God – Darius commanded all people to fear God because he lives eternally, reigns eternally, and works great wonders.
