I want to preach the third part of the message that we began last Sunday morning, continued Sunday night. I didn't know if there'd be three parts or not, but that's what's been on my mind all week as we explore. But before we get to the third part, we need to go over the first two parts, because God has a message for us this morning concerning the family. God's decree for His family. His family is your family and my family. because we have so many opportunities in this world that God has given us. Family is so important as we'll refresh ourselves. If Tony Bowers please the book of Ephesians chapter 3 verse 1 for the new message, it'll be a little bit before we get there because of the refreshing of our memory for the last two messages. I was looking at those blocks of wood there. And that far should keep us two or three hours here if we get cold or anything. Appreciate everything they've done this week. It looks so good. The children will be happy. We're happy. believe the Lord's happy. God's decree for the family, we looked at that and the last two messages in eight different parts briefly. First of all, we saw that God's creation, the creation of man. In the beginning, God created man in his likeness and his image. We're familiar with that story. And then the second thing was that because he created in his likeness and his image, he had the constitution of marriage. Cain later on tried to mess it all up, but now God had given Adam the charge to be the keeper. Remember, he was the one that named all the animals. God had to use him and give him such power and authority over the things that he had created. But he forfeited that, of course. After he had forfeited that, God allowed him forgiveness. Then we looked at constitution of the marriage that God took from his ribs, his side, a woman and her name was Eve. And from that marriage that God constituted, he said, continue and have children, children, children. It passes down from one generation to the next generation. And of course, the devil had to do his very best to try to mess up, and he still is. Everything God created, Satan tries to mess it up. He messed it up when he appeared to Eve in the form of a serpent and got her to yield to his lies. He's still lying today. He's still getting people the conspiracy So Cain bought into that conspiracy. God said, bring sacrifices of the blood, because without the shedding of blood, there's no remission of sin. Without the application of the blood, God's blood, there was no forgiveness of sin. The pattern was set, the Constitution, and the replenishment of children. It was all sad, but now Cain didn't want to play that part, so he displeased God. And when God brought it up to him and said, you have displeased me, he got wrought, got mad, got so mad he ended up killing his brother Abel. So the conspiracy was set now, and it looked like, you know, from a human perspective, what's God going to do? He created family. He created the ability to have children and continue it to the next generation. And now the one that was worshiping him, Abel, was dead. And Cain, of course, was cursed. And we saw a principle here that when God has allowed a blessing upon any individual, He had blessed Cain and Abel if they would participate and go with his plan. But when people reject his plan, go despite the grace of God, that individual has taken himself. He has forfeited what God has constituted. We see that all the way through. Remember later on we saw Samuel, anointed of God, a prophet of God, great prophet of God. He had two sons. And those sons were in the lineage, they could have continued the ministry. But no, they forfeited that because they did despite God's grace. Then later on we're seeing King Saul and the children he had. And God uses people that's usable. And then, number four, we saw that God had a commission now, and that commission was for the families to have children, and that's to continue from generation to generation. Well, that commission now was going to continue because Christ was going to come in the likeness of man. He's going to be birthed by a woman. We know that. And now Christ Jesus was going to be birthed in the lineage that God had constituted the family. Cain was dead. Cain was cursed and Abel was dead, but then God gave another son, Seth. and Seth now is going to be in the lineage of Christ. But it's interesting that the Bible didn't say anything about him praying, although he was created and his lineage is going to produce a child called Christ Jesus the Lord. But the Bible says Anas, his son. And Anas called upon the name of the Lord. First time we've seen that happen. And now he is calling upon the name of the Lord. It's interesting to see that Anas is the third generation. from Adam, remember and say it, and now the third generation in the likeness of God created man in three parts. Then we see Anus had children. And the children he had just kept on blessing God. But pretty soon, they had started wandering away from God. And then the Bible tells us about a man that was born Enoch, seventh generation, perfection of God. And the Bible uses a phrase the very first time, Enoch walked with God. And he was not because God had been looking for somebody that would walk with him and talk with him. Of course, man had sinned and done despite God's grace, but God was willing to forgive. And now Enoch wasn't perfect because no man is, but since he walked and talked with God, God says, I want to bring you home. So he did not have to go by the way of death. He just was taken on. That's what's gonna happen to many of us. One of these golden daybreaks, if we're still living and we're safe, when he comes, we'll just be caught up, seven, getting out of there and rested. And then in the 10th generation, there was another man called Noah. And for the second time, and the only time God uses that phrase, Noah walked with God. The first was Enoch, and now Noah. And because he walked with God, he found grace in the eyes of the Lord, and God gave him a command. The command was to build the ark. And he was faithful. The Bible says he was faithful in all that God told him to do. So now the covenant was renewed. Let's read one verse of Scripture in Genesis chapter 6, 18. God is looking for people. that covenant is built with us also, that if we'll walk with the Lord and if we'll ask forgiveness when we fail Him and we'll do His commandments in our heart, the Bible says in Genesis 6, 18, but with thee will I Establish my covenant, and thou shalt come into the ark, thou, and thy sons, and thy wife, and thy sons' wives, with thee. Continuation of the family. And because of the continuation of the family, because he kept God's promise, and he kept God's command, and now he was commissioned. Noah's story had three boys, one went astray, and Shem now is going to be the one in the lineage that gets all the way through. Then Malachi, of course, we didn't have time to cover that last week, but there was a space of time before Christ Jesus was born that God wasn't speaking to man. No man was walking with God. Oh, they were still having religious services, no doubt, but they were displeasing God, and God turns a deaf ear and just walks away. Then, Christ's shoes. We want to look this morning at three different things in the New Testament. Continuous thought, God's decree for the family. In the Old Testament, God continued that family. And all the way through, remember, He continued that family. And God had Abraham. He had Isaac. He had Jacob. Jacob had those 12 boys, and you would not have thought that he would have chose Judah to be in the lineage of Christ. If it had been me, you know, I would have picked Joseph. But God looked at the future, and he called Judah to be the one in the lineage of Christ. And then, of course, the sons and several generations passed, and then there was David, King David. Then he had his son Solomon, made a lot of mistakes, both of them did, but God forgave. God looked at the heart, and when we're willing, and we make mistakes too, and when we as a family of God, a member of the family of God, make mistakes, if we have a heart that longs for God, that wants to serve God, then God will forgive us that sin. So Solomon, that was the lineage of Christ, he had his son Rehoboam, And Rehoboam, of course, was not willing to do what was expected of him, so he let the whole nation of Israel be divided in northern tribes. And that's what happens when people don't do wholly what God wants them to do. There is division. You see, today, there's division in our nation. There's never before, probably. Well, it's probably maybe been worse. But not in our lifetime it hasn't been worse. But then there's division in the home. There's divisions in church. A lot of divisions. Why? Because Satan, the prince of power, and people are listening to him and following him rather than Lord Jesus Christ. Now let's look at the New Testament. In Ephesians chapter three, verse one. We see now that Christ was born. The first point I want to look at this morning, that Christ Jesus, his birth, his life, and his death, and his resurrection. We want to look at that. And Ephesians chapter three, verse one, will help us get started in the context that we're going to this morning. Paul says, for this cause, I, Paul, the prisoner of Jesus Christ for you Gentiles. That's us. We are Gentiles. Against the commonwealth of Israel. Outcast. Cut off. But because of Jesus Christ the Lord, because he was birthed, and he came to this earth, and his life was perfect. And he came to die for the sins of his people. If you have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God, which is given me to you. Have that by revelation. He made known to me the mystery, as I wrote it forth in a few words, whereby when you read, you may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ. What was a great mystery that was hid to the ages? You want to read about that great mystery, and Paul understood it perfectly because the Holy Ghost let him understand that. that Christ Jesus was going to come and redeem sinners and give a plan of salvation. Verse 5 says, Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit, that the Gentiles should be followers, followers, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel. That means we're in the family of God. cut the Jewish people off because they wouldn't obey him, wouldn't accept him, and we were grafted into Christ Jesus. Mystery of the ages that we that were Gentile dogs had no hope of anything but Christ Jesus. died for our sins, and we are fillers, and we have been adopted, once we believe and accept the gospel, Lord Jesus, into the family of God. We're talking about family, and we're talking about the family because of Christ Jesus. Why is it all possible? Because Christ Jesus was willing to leave the splendors of heaven and come down to sinful earth to be crucified and rejected the man, to die to shed his blood that we may be saved. Mystery revealed. Let's keep reading. For of, I was made a minister according to the gift of the grace of God given to me by the effectual working of his power. And to me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ. and to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ, to the intent that now unto the principalities and powers and heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God, according to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord. And then we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him. Wherefore, I declare that ye faint not at the tribulations for you which is your glory. At summation, he said we have been grafted in. We're not perfect. But he loved us. He gave himself force. And then look at that last verse. In heavenly places, verse 10, might be known by the church a manifold, that means many colored, many sizes, many shapes. The wisdom of God is revealed to us in their daily lives. We go through heartaches, we go through problems, we go through difficulties, but God knows your thoughts, he knows the intent of your heart, and for every, I love the word of God so much, it says manifold wisdom in all different shapes and sizes, every one is a different, But then in Revelation, he said, the manifold grace of God, that same grace of God will cover and forgive all our mistakes, all our shortcomings, and every trial. And the Scripture says about the tribulations we go through, God allows. He promotes. He orchestrates. He imputes many times to a saved individual a tribulation that we go through. Why? So we may see and reveal and understand more clearly the manifold wisdom of God that allows us. He knows what it takes to get you and I where we need to be. If it takes tribulation and sorrow, then he will do that. Wouldn't it be much better if we just commit ourself, as Paul says, I beseech you brethren by the mercy of God that you submit yourself and you give yourself wholly, just give yourself to God and say, Lord, Let me, and my prayer daily is, Lord, I'm yours. I belong to you. My wife says the same thing. We belong to you. Whatever you allow us to go through, we trust you. And we don't know what to pray for. You know, I would pray for healing, I would pray for this, I would pray for that. But if God needs to teach me another lesson so I can understand more about the wisdom of God and the manifold grace of God, then I'm perfectly willing because His power and His knowledge is so much superior than mine. If He knows what I need, and He does, and I submit myself to His Lordship, then he will allow me to go through that, and in the learning process, I'll understand more about the love of God, and the more I understand about the love of God, the more I can help people show them the love of God in me. I've told this before, but many of you wasn't here. When I became pastor here, and I was pastor at another church before that, I was healthy, I was, you know, strong as I could be on belief, you know, I was not strong, but you know, not sickly. And I would go to the hospital and visit people that I love with all my heart, and I would see them in agony. I would see them hurting. I'd never hurt. I could not bring myself to understand. I wanted to, but I could not understand what they were going through. I'd never been sick. I'd seen sick people, but unless you're going through similar circumstances. So in my heart, I said, Lord, I want to be able to show more compassion. And I had that desire in my heart. I want to be able to understand what they're going through. I didn't know it would come to letting me go through that the same way, but it was all right. So God brought me down low, 35 days in the hospital, peritonitis, almost died, second surgery, almost the third surgery was going to take place. And after that, I said, thank you, Lord. Now, when I go in the hospital, I see somebody hurting, been there, done that. and I can have more compassion. How do I have more compassion? I wanted, I didn't know how to get it, but he knew how to let me have it. And to do that, he let me go through tribulation. versus Scripture we just read. Verse 10, to the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God according to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ, Jesus our Lord, in whom we have boldness and accessed with confidence by the faith of him. Wherefore, I desire that you faint not at my tribulation for you, which is your glory." See, Paul had to go through that, too. He had problems. We're not sure what it was. We'll never know what it was. Get to heaven and there it won't matter. But he had thorns in the flesh. Septim was impairing him, keeping him physically from doing what he thought he ought to do. But God let him go through that tribulation, and he finally learned that through, God said, through your weakness, you can obtain my strength. And God allows us to go through these things. And when we do, we're to give him honor and glory. The first point we looked at was the ability to be in the family of God. The only way any of us Gentiles could be in the family of God for Christ Jesus to be birthed and to come down and live a perfect life, to share this blood and the old rugged cross and die and go and ascend to heaven. and take that blood, and when you're in that, pray and ask forgiveness of our sins, believe in God, that he saves us, then he adopts us into the family of God. Heirs and joint heirs. Point number two. Let's look at Father in verse 15. In whom the whole family in heaven and in earth. Verse 14, for this cause I bow my knees to the Father, our very Lord Jesus Christ, of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named. He's talking about the whole family. He's the Heavenly Father. Father, earthly father, if you are a parent, if you're a father, you have children, that's what God intended us to do. And we know a father, if you are a father, you know what responsibility you have. The responsibility you have is to rear your children, to teach them the love of God, to let them see Christ in you. It's not what you say is going to happen and have an effect on their lives nearly as much as them watching you live your life and asking God to give you that manifold wisdom. And he may do it through circumstances that you had rather not happen, but that's okay. He's God, we're serving him, and that's okay. But now we understand that since he's Lord of our lives, he allows us to go through these things and to teach us that the earthly father we have, he has responsibility for the whole world. He can handle it. Now God the Father has given reigns and given all powers and all principalities are given to His Son, Christ Jesus. And now we pray to the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, by His shed blood, by the Holy Spirit that was given us to indwell us to live in their hearts and teach us how to walk daily. And as we walk in this, he says he's the father of all living. And when we get to heaven, see, the church in Acts, remember, they wanted to draw close to God. God was saving by the hundreds. God was saving by the thousands in the book of Acts. And then God put in their heart, you know, there's people that's got a lot of power and people that's servants, and God wanted to teach them a lesson that we have all things common. If you have a lot of money and a lot of clothes and a lot of belongings, or if you don't have a roof over your head, you don't have anything, We ought to understand, he wants us to understand that we all are saved by the same Lord. We all are common and we all have to be that way. So we taught in the book of Acts that they sold their possessions and they brought it to their church. Why? So other people could share and have all things common. That's a type of you and I, no matter what responsibility God has given us and what life we have and the pleasures of life or the sorrows of life, he teaches us to have all things common. And when we have all things common, we understand that we're a family. That's the way I was reared by my father and my mother. My brother was six foot five and had more abilities than I did, but I was his little brother. And I shared just the same way my brother did. Had more smarts than me, but I was still his brother. And mom and dad loved us equally. And I've tried to be my best, stand with myself, love our children equally. Are they different? Of course they are. But we have all things common. The commonality. We gotta hurry, let's keep reading. Verse... that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might by His Spirit in the inner man. How does He do that? Sometimes He allows tribulation. that we understand. He brings us to the place. Have you ever heard somebody say, I've heard people say before, when they come to altar, and I've probably said it myself, and they cry out to God, God, I've tried it, and I've tried it, and it won't work. I've tried it. And then finally, they say, or we say, so since I can't do it, would you do it for me? He brings us to that point. Unless he has brought you to the point of realizing that I can't do it, you're not wholly committed and submitted to His Lordship. Because so many times we say, okay, I've got this learning, I've got this, I can do it. If you'll help me, I can do it. No, He has to do it through me. I have to commit myself to Him and let Him use me. So it's really not me doing it, it's Him through me. And He'll do whatever He needs to do to get us to the place to know that it's Him in us and not we ourselves. that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with mine. He strengthens us by His Spirit in the inner man, that Christ may dwell in your heart by faith, that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all saints what is at breadth and length and depth and height. and to know the love of Christ which patheth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fullness of God." We spent a lifetime trying to get to that point. And early in our Christian life, we could get there earlier to that point if we would just read and understand what we have just read in this particular scripture. That is Christ Jesus that brings us to the understanding that we're in the family of God by His choice to love us, give us the faith to believe, and to know what He's done for us, and commit ourselves to Him. because we have all things common. I love songs that stress the fact that, you know, we all come to Jesus the same way, because in faith, not my faith. My faith is pretty good when I see him doing great things for me, but then to make sure I understand it's not me, he sometimes allows things to happen which I have absolutely no control over, Then I realized the faith I have is not my faith at all. It's His faith in me. It's what Paul said, the life I now live, I live by the faith of the Son of God. His faith in me. Let's keep reading. We have one more point. The Bible says that not only Christ coming to the earth to keep us and put us in his family, the family of God. We have earthly families, but we're talking about the family of God now, a spiritual family. And then he teaches us that we're all brothers and sisters alike, commonality in the family of God. But now he tells us in Revelation chapter 21 and 22 about the coming of the Lord. The coming of the Lord and our new home. Let's read that together. Third part of the message today is the soon coming of the Lord. Verse 21 of chapter 21 in Revelation. Let's look at what he has prepared for us. You know, when you get married, I remember those days. You get married, you know, your plans are so small, you know. You can't imagine, if you're like me, having a house. You know, having, oh, hey, my first car in 1961 was a 58 Plymouth. And that wasn't much, but it got me where I needed to go most of the time. I remember in Washington, D.C. one time I went to one of those air shows, you know, 100,000 people there. And my straight shift transmission in that 58 Plymouth would lock up and wouldn't go anywhere. And there I was trying to get out, and there were big crowds, and people honking at me, and it locked up. Well, fortunately, I carried a hammer. I crawled under the car as normal, and I banged on the transmission, and it finally went going. God allows us to go through simple things. And in that day, I never would have thought Did I ever have anything, you know, one suit of clothes and one pair of shoes, and much less be a preacher with the responsibility God gives a preacher. I never would have thought all that. But see, God teaches us along the journey of life that he adds to. if we're responsible to him. So let's look now, because in my early marriage, in my early childhood, never had hardly anything. Had all I needed, but sure didn't have any luxuries. And I couldn't imagine ever, I knew about heaven. I was saved at age 12. I read about heaven, but my little old mind could not imagine the grand place it would be. And I still can't, but if you read Revelation, it'll help us understand a little bit. where we're going when the Lord comes and gives. Revelation 21, 21, and the 12 gates were 12 pearls. Every several gate was of one pearl and the street of the city was pure gold as it were transparent glass. When you read this thing, wow. Wouldn't it be nice to go there? The long last journey went, hey, that's where we're going. And I saw no temple therein, for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it. And the city had no need of the sun, neither the moon to shine in it, for the glory of God did lighten it. And the Lamb did lighten it up. Just to read this expectation, And the desire in my heart, not because of the gold, not because of the streets of gold and the walls of Gaspar and the gates of Peril, but because Christ Jesus is the light of a city. And I'm going there to worship him, not just one day, but for all eternity. And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it, and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honor into it. And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day, for there shall be no night there. And they shall bring the glory and honor of the nations into it, and there shall in no wise enter into it anything that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie, but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life. And if you and I are saved, and at the point of salvation, because Christ came, and we accepted what he had done at the Calvary, realized we were sinners, holy ghost teaches us that, enter mine, no, but enter her heart. When we accept that fact and know that His blood atones for our sin, believe that He's the Son, and accept that, He comes in their heart to live, writes their name in the Lamb's Book of Life, and no man can touch it. It's there forever. Mistakes, yes, but God forgives our mistakes. Let's read Revelation chapter 22, verse 1. This excites me. This scripture came to my heart when I walked in Wednesday night and I saw all the Bible School committee and all you volunteers that are down there. I seen the waterfall and the bubbling water down here. River. Hey, God tells us it's about a river. This is representing, of course, on Earth we love waterfalls and we love rivers. Wait till we get up there, look what happens up there. And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river was a tree of life. which bear twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month, and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. There shall be no more curse, but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it, and his servants shall serve him. And they shall see his face, and his name shall be in their foreheads, and there shall be no night there, They need no candle, neither light of a sun, for the Lord God giveth them light, and they shall reign forever and ever. A place we're going, just when I got married in my early life, I couldn't imagine ever having a house or anything, earthly speaking. I could hardly imagine a place like this, but God teaches us in his word, we're going there. And he said to me, these sayings are faithful and true, and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angels to shew unto his servants the things which must shortly be done. Behold, I come, this is Jesus speaking. Behold, I come quickly, blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book. Two more times in this chapter, he says about him coming quickly. Look at verse 12. And behold, I come quickly, and my reward is with me to give every man according as his work shall be. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. Verse sixteen, I, Jesus, have sent my angel to testify to these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David and the bright and morning star. Verse twenty, he which testifies these things said, surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come. and we sing songs about his soon coming, and he is. I've been saying that all my life, yeah, I have too. And Paul was thinking he was coming in his lifetime. But the Lord teaches us a lot, in the last days, perilous times shall come, surely we're in them. And in that day, husbands against wives, parents against children, children against parents, and that we shall abound, Sin will get worse and worse. Earthquakes. Have you studied the number of earthquakes in our lifetime compared to all the generations before? And all the things that's happened the last day. Don't hang your head in defeat because the Lord says, behold, I come quickly. Behold, I come quickly. Surely I come quickly. A couple more verses and we'll be closing. Look at Revelation chapter 22 in verse eight. And I saw, now John saw these things and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel, which shewed me these things. Then saith he unto me, see that thou do not, do it not, for I am thy fellow servant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book. Worship God. And he said to me, seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book, for the time is at hand. He that is unjust, let him be unjust still. And he which is filthy, let him be filthy still. And he that is righteous, let him be righteous still. And he that is holy, let him be holy still. When the Lord comes, and he could come today, it may be We don't know when he's coming, but he said, I'll come quickly. And today, you'd think not. For us to be ready to come, we just have to talk to that family, his family. They're in heaven, all the angels, seraphims. We worship the Lord Jesus Christ. We may not have had many pleasures in this earth. We may have lived to be 80 or 90 years old and have a lot because of the blessings of God. But whatever it is, we will be common in heaven. Family. Family of God. Right now we're sitting in church and we have earthly families, brothers, sisters, blood families. And thank God if you're saved, we have the same blood to her life and heart, the blood of Jesus. Birth into the family of God. Think about that. Family of God. Forever and ever to be with Him. No more sin. No more sorrow. No more pain. No more suffering. No more tears. But forever and ever to worship the Lord our God. Do you and I have friends and loved ones, and obviously we do, that aren't going? We may have family members, earthly family members, brothers, sisters, cousins, uncles and aunts and so forth that are not saved. And although they're an earthly family by human blood kin, they're not saved. They're not going to be a part of the family of God in heaven. That concerns me. That burdens me. I will school next week. Parents and loved ones will bring their children, wonderful. The children may go to church somewhere and maybe they don't know hardly anything about the Lord Jesus Christ, but you'll be coming to the house of God. Pray much for their education in Christ Jesus, the things of God. Would you stand this morning in your headband? We've been talking last Sunday morning, Sunday night, and this morning about the decree that God had for the family. Earthly families, yes. Families that were in the lineage of Christ all the way through. Just like he had that all chosen, what about your family? The continuation of children birthed in the kingdom of God We teach them, and the Lord arrests them and brings them to the throne of grace, and they get saved, and we're all gonna be with Him, and family of God, your head, you're bad. If you have a burden, would you come pray for our children? For God to do a work within our heart, in the children's heart. Pray for the Bible school next week. We'll be first just to come say, Lord, I submit myself to you. I give myself to you. Speak to me, Lord, and tell me what I can do, that I can pray and intercede on behalf of their children that you're going to send. That when they leave, the Holy Spirit will have spoken to their heart and let them know and realize the importance of being saved and living for God It won't go away, it won't fade. Then when they live to have families of their own, that seed will have been planted in their heart. So important. And not just Bible school. Sunday school and then your family's life. Pray for the Lord. Jesus said three times in 22nd chapter of Revelation, Behold, I come quickly. Surely I come quickly. receive you into myself, that where I am, there you may be also with the Father God in all things common. Lord Jesus, we're so thankful that you have created man in your likeness and your image. And although we fail you and have failed you, you've created for us an opportunity, commission, Constitution given. Covenant given that we can be saved because you sent your Son into this world and we accepted the blood offering. Thank you, Jesus. Now our job is not only as we continue and have continued having children and grandchildren of your own by your help, by your will, by your blessings, Father, let us have spiritual children, continuation of saving laws, boys, girls, men, and women, so they too can be eternally, forever and ever with you, worshiping the Father of all living and Son of Jesus Christ. Thank you for this day that you've given us. for the Spirit of God that you have covered over us, anointed the preaching, anointed the singing, anointed the reading of the Word of God. And I pray, Father, you promised it would not have failed to have its effect. Help us to receive it gladly and to be thankful for it, because it's the name of Jesus we pray. In Jesus' name, amen.
