and praise Hmm. I got a new one, Johnny. I'm sorry we're running behind. I got a new hat. That's all right. What's the first number? Merry Christmas. Merry Christmas. Christmas Eve of July. Merry Christmas, all of you. Charmaine, Katie, Hartman. Megan. Jessica. Dale. Robyn and Eric. Yeah, Robin and Eric, yeah, Megan's parents. We love you. Snickerdoodle cookies. I hope you don't sing lead first. Sounds like a password. Sound like what? A password. That's funny. Put a special character in a number and you got it made. We're allowing the elves to take their places. With apologies to those of you who think it's offensive to talk about Santa Claus at Christmas. We don't believe in him either, but we just like to have fun. Thank you, Jessica. Like, I don't believe in Superman either. Although some people are really into him. But he's not a real person, I hate to tell you. All right. Waiting for Johnny. Yeah, I'm giving Johnny a minute. We can go ahead and get our books open to page 77 and sing our first Christmas carol. O come, O come, Emmanuel. I think he's coming. There he is. I hear the rolling of the thing. In the distance. Wow. It's Cosgray and Rings Road if anybody lives on the west side of Columbus. They've got all the Hayden Run is closed and there's a closure somewhere on Rings Road and all these closures and so we're taking what roads we can and then there's this bottleneck. Rings Road runs into Cosgray and it's one of those where it goes like this and then that kind of traffic, it's just impossible. And so one of the time they'd get up there and wait two or three minutes and realize they're not gonna make a left turn and turn around. Then the next guy would sit there and wait and wait and wait. And I'm not kidding, it's 10 minutes, my witness. 10 minutes, one stop sign. Now Greg didn't cuss. I know. But he was pretty frustrated. I was just like, this is just showing no lack of common sense. You know after, you know, maybe 10, 12 cars go by, and all you can see is cars, as far as you can see, you're not going to make a left turn. And then you saw the guy in front of you, or maybe two or three people in front of you, do the same thing. So you're like, OK. It would have been quicker for everyone if they'd all just made a right turn, turned around, and came back. Common sense is not common. So there's your shape metaphor. sheep yeah isn't it the sheep if one has to jump over O come, O come, Emmanuel And ransom captive Israel That mourns in lonely exile here Until the Son of God appear Rejoice! And now our current events update. Israel at war, 7-23-25. Still 50 hostages, 23 remaining. Donald Trump said there'd be 10 released soon. As the war continues that began October 7, 2023, there's very little hope of a ceasefire short of the complete destruction of Hamas. Some hope of getting some more hostages out. The Jerusalem Post reported that the folks who are mediating said that Hamas isn't serious. Hostage deal mediators refused to pass Hamas's response on to Israel. It's so ridiculous. And the mediator's message to senior Hamas officials during the meeting was, quote, this is not a serious response. Go back and draft a new one. And any serious response cannot be trusted. So even if they come up with a serious response, this is Hamas we're talking about. Is it called kafiyah? Is that what I said it was? It's been a couple, three or four weeks since I mentioned it. They lie. It's a practice. It's a doctrine of Islam that they'll lie anytime they need to when they're lying to the non-believer. The same appears true at the northern border of Lebanon dealing with the Hezbollah Islamists. Hezbollah rejects any long-term ceasefire option where they give up their arms. Well, that's the demand that Israel has made. Hezbollah has made it clear that it is not willing to surrender its weapons even if Israel withdraws from southern Lebanon, raising tensions in Lebanon. As we have said and will repeatedly say, there will be no lasting peace until Jesus returns. That's really what that last stanza we sang in Hark the Herald Angels Sing, come desire of nations come. The only reason that applies to Jesus is because He is the Prince of Peace and there will be no peace until He returns. But it's peace that the world wants. So we'll pray for the peace of Jerusalem. They shall prosper that love thee, amen. Psalm 122, six. Other headlines, immediately after the rapture, the churches will be devoid of saved members and the world in complete apostasy. I repeat that because it seems not to have dawned on people I talked to from time to time. The moment after the rapture, there will not be any Christians left on the planet. The entire world will be in a state of apostasy and unbelief. These guys, you know, they've spent a lot of ink and time debating whether the falling away in, I believe it's 2 Thessalonians 3, I think I quote it later, but the falling away referred to, is it the rapture or is it apostasy? It's both, it's both. The rapture, I mean, I think it's referring to the apostasy directly, but it doesn't matter one way or another, because when the rapture happens, that's when the final total apostasy takes place. Oh, if it was a snake, it would have bit me. 2 Thessalonians 2.3, let no man deceive you by any means for that day shall not come except there come a falling away first. and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition. The rapture is gonna happen first, which is gonna result in worldwide apostasy, a falling away completely from Christianity on the planet earth. It'll be the darkest day since the moment before the flood. After God shut that door, there were no believers left on the planet and he killed them all. Luke 18.8, Jesus says at the end of the verse, nevertheless when the Son of Man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth? He's asking that because after the rapture, there's nobody left that's a believer and then during the tribulation period, the believers are killed, murdered, martyred, slaughtered. Well, Queen's Chaplain laments apostasy in Anglicanism. He's right, amen? Nothing at the center, he says. The former chaplain to the late Queen Elizabeth II lamented what he described as the apostasy within the Church of England and noted that Anglicanism in the United Kingdom is swiftly dying. Quote, it will become hollowed out with nothing at the center. And because they have six billion pounds investments and our buildings, they will keep a show going in the more dramatic places. Gavin Ashenden, who left Anglicanism in 2019 to join the, and I put question marks, Wait for it, wait for it, because it gets worse. Because the guy talking about Anglicanism going into apostasy is himself an apostate, talking about apostates. Gavin Ashton, who left Anglicanism in 2019 to join the Roman Catholic Church. After serving as the Queen's chaplain from 2008 to 2017. And he's speaking to the EWTN, Roman Catholic TV network. I mean, that's how, it is so bad that a lot of times you turn on preachers and it'll be one guy pointing out the errors of another guy, and if you know anything about that guy, he's as heretical as they come. The apostasy is growing deeper and more vast with each passing day. Hey, that should make you feel good. Why? What? Well, I mean, we're not happy about the apostasy, but it's fulfilling prophecy. It's proving, once again, God's Word is true. He said it would happen, and guess what's happening? Chip and Joanna Gaines, Back to the Frontier, a new show they're producing, sparks backlash from evangelical viewers after featuring a same-sex couple. Anybody in here a fan of this? And a lot of evangelical Christians watch their shows because they're supposed to be wholesome family shows. Many professing Christians do not follow the Bible, certainly not the King James Bible, but follow the cult of celebrity Christianity. And I know people who, I mean, they will get so angry. Well, we talked about it Sunday. That's really what the Billy Graham thing was. Billy Graham became a celebrity, and he became almost a God-like status, and even though he was denying Christ and promoting abortion with certain exceptions, as I played the video clip Sunday, people would get viciously angry with you for telling them. We've got people right here. I know, I'm pointing around the room, I know you've told people about the Billy Graham Full Runner to Antichrist DVD, or documentary. And some of you have told me what people have said in response. And they would never step foot in this church because we dare say something bad about Billy Graham. Even though what we said was true. Even though what we said was absolute fact. Chip Gaines, the male side of that marriage, Talk, he posted this on X, talk, ask questions, listen, maybe even learn. Too much to ask of modern American Christian culture. Judge first, understand later slash never. That's how, that's manipulation tactics. That's when you catch somebody lying to you and then they'll just turn right around. That's really gaslighting is what it is. He said it's a sad Sunday, the day he posted this. when non-believers have never been confronted with hate or vitriol until they are introduced to a modern American Christian. Chip Gaines is a serpent if he believes what he just said. He's got a satanic spirit about him. Let me tell you something. These people in the so-called gay community, they face hate when they face each other. They hate each other. It is a dog-eat-dog-death style. And Chip is being used of Lucifer, Satan, in order to try to convince the world that it's normal and it's decent. I posted, God has spoken, Chip. We follow God, not celebrity apostates. Shame on you. And a word, speaking of, on the passing of the Prince of Darkness, Ozzy Osbourne. I predicted it, not that I'm a prophet, but I just know the age we're living in. And most Christians try to put him in heaven. One of the most satanic rock and roll acts of rock history. Not a single moment of his life did he ever profess to believe the gospel. At no point did he recant or repent of his wicked, wicked life. And yet, this dumbed down, apostate, lukewarm, evangelical plus Christian community we live in are all over social media denouncing anybody who even suggests he wasn't saved. And I'm not gonna show you the screenshots, As I said, I kind of quoted myself already. Yeah, the crazy train. He wrote a tribute to Aleister Crowley, one of the worst occultists, most perverted people. Aleister Crowley was so wicked they nicknamed him the Beast. And Ozzie said he was one of his models. And I could give you go on and on and on and on and on with Ozzie Osborne. Now we do not celebrate Ozzie passing into a Christless eternity into hell in the lake of fire. Far from it. You know, full disclosure, I've told you, I listened to Ozzie for a number of years before I became a Christian. Because when I became a Christian, I suddenly had this thing called the Spirit of God in me. And when I would hear satanic music, I didn't want to listen to it. But giving his living fans the idea that he went to heaven without evidence of such a conversion is just plain wicked. I'm not telling anybody to dance on the graves of the dead, but what I am telling you is don't give the living the idea that they can live like that, die like that, and not end up in hell. If you love people, you'd never do that to them. Be informed, pray and act accordingly, amen. Anybody, Janie? Oh, they always do, yeah. Anytime these people die like that. That's to be expected, though. My point is, the problem is when the Christians make a big splash. That's the problem. We expect the unsaved world to celebrate their own. I mean, even Pete Rose. I love Pete Rose. I've told you, man, Pete Rose was my hero. I played baseball like Pete Rose. I wasn't the most talented guy on the field, but I was picked for the all-star team a couple times and was one of the only two freshmen picked for the high school baseball team because of just the pure hustle. They saw the desire. They saw the, you know, I say that about my ministry. I'm certainly not the brightest guy, the greatest orator or anything. But people will contact me because they see we're making a lot of waves. We're doing a lot for the Lord. And I just tell them, it's not as, you do have to be apt to teach. You have to have a calling of God and a desire, but then it's really just staying at it, working hard, serving, working as under the Lord all the time, doing everything you can to get the word out and glorify Him. Amen. But Pete Rose, as far as I know, never made a profession. All that hustle might even get him in the Hall of Fame. They've given him, put him back on the ballot. He don't care about that now. All right, well with that, let's open with a word of prayer and get into our Bible study. Try to make it a little more festive for the eve of Christmas Eve in July. Current events though, as I said, shouldn't depress you, even though some of it feels a little depressing when you hear it, but amen. God is amazing. He has predicted all this thousands of years before it happened. and we're watching it with our eyes, exciting, amen? All right, so let's get into the Bible study with prayer, and it's great to have Brother Jim back with us, and we'll ask him to open the Bible study. Lord, Father, we ask your blessing under this service tonight. Thank you for everyone present, Lord, for traveling with us. Lord, we just lift up the passover right now, we pray that you'll give them clarity of mind, Amen. And I got to say this, you know, I did not expect to see Jim here tonight. It's a Christmas miracle. It's good to see you. Now we just pray you feel like being here. You don't always come to church when you feel like it, amen? I was looking on here, some of these me-weers. David Traylor. He said, he was going to joke and ask if we're going to do any Aussie songs tonight as a tribute. He said, but I bet there's actually churches out there. There are. There are churches out there doing that tonight. Not kidding you. Yeah. Yeah. It's just amazing to see the apostasy. Yeah. Yeah. And I'm not to toot my horn or anything, but John R. Rice was one of the first people I heard say he thought it was about the apostasy and this was like 1990 or 91. I was a baby, kind of a baby in Christ. But I had always heard it was the rapture, but then I heard John R. Rice say that and then I happened to be in a group, men's group, we were talking, they were all, and they started debating it. And they weren't getting mean or anything, but it was getting like, oh, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. And I said, this debate doesn't make sense to me because it's going to happen. When the rapture happens, you have nothing but unbelievers left behind. Isn't that the same thing? And they were like, yeah. But sometimes it takes the baby in the room to point out the obvious. Amen? Out of the mouth of babes? Yeah. Johnny? As you recall, in our previous church, they tried to literally claim that that phrase meant the rapture, like directly. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. That's the debate. There's people who say that the falling away is actually referring to the rapture. Well, it doesn't matter because the falling away is the result of the rapture. So the debate is kind of meaningless even though you can debate it for textual reasons if you're trying to make a new version. And we're not. But I mean, when the rapture happens, you have the falling away. The whole world is in apostasy. There's no Christians left. All the churches are filled with unbelievers, unbelieving pastors, just like you saw in Left Behind, one thing that got right. Now that's yeah, that's Yeah, that's when you know your way out there Falling away is revival So as I said, this was supposed to be a couple of messages back, but we're moving it up to the fourth installment of our Israel and the Jews series. We state the obvious truth being denied by Jew haters today that Jesus is a Jew. Show of hands, did anybody wonder about that? Did you even? It's pretty amazing, isn't it? But I'm going to show you a couple of examples so you know that it's worth you having enough knowledge about that you can answer people because it's a growing apostasy taking place today. Let's read Mark 15 beginning verse 25. And we'll read through 32. Join me in the even. I'll start verse 25. And it was the third hour and they crucified him. And the superscription of his accusation was written over the king of the Jews. And with him they crucified two thieves, the one on his right hand and the other on his left. And the scripture was fulfilled, which saith, And he was numbered with the transgressors. And they that passed by railed on him, wagging their heads, and saying, Ah, thou that destroyest the temple, and buildest it in three days, save thyself, and come down from the cross. Likewise also the chief priests, mocking, said among themselves with the scribes, He saved others, himself he cannot save. Let Christ the King of Israel descend now from the cross, that we may see and believe, and they that were crucified with him reviled him. And that's where we break off now. Our purpose isn't to go verse by verse and draw out everything, but there's several points in here. We're gonna pull out several points. And first, Jesus was declared King of the Jews by the Roman authorities. who executed him, had him crucified. Look there in verses 25, 26, and it was the third hour and they crucified him. And the superscription of his accusation was written over the king of the Jews. Now we're gonna come back to that, but it's kind of obvious he must've been a Jew. But Jesus fulfilled 300 plus messianic prophecies. We have a hundred of them charted over here. It'd take you a little while to just get through them. You get through them once more, we've got a pamphlet. proving that he is the Jewish Messiah. Now, I have to throw this in there, that's why it's so insane when you hear this about the Islamic Antichrist. He's going to be a Jew because he's a counterfeit Christ and the Christ has to be a Jew. He's called King of the Jews. This title is applied to Jesus 17 times in the Word of God. Probably a Jew. Like you can start making jokes. If they call you king of the Jews, you might be a Jew. Jesus fulfilled the Messianic prophecy of Isaiah 53, 12. We're not going to compare the references because it's not our purpose, but it's described in the next two verses there in verses 27, 28. And with Him, they crucify two thieves, the one on His right hand and the other on His left. And the Scripture was fulfilled with Saith, and He was numbered with the transgressors. That's found back in Isaiah 53. Then the Jewish leaders fulfilled Psalm 22, 6 through 8 in the next three verses. Look at verse 29 through 31. And they that passed by railed on him, wagging their heads, and saying, Ah, thou that destroyest the temple, and buildest it in three days, save thyself, and come down from the cross. Likewise also the chief priests mocking said among themselves with the scribes, He saved others, himself he cannot save. That's a fulfillment of the psalmist Psalm 22. Then the Jews mockingly called Jesus what? Read 32 with me again. Let Christ the King of Israel descend now from the cross that we may see and believe and they that were crucified with him reviled him. The testimony of the Roman and Jewish authorities is that Jesus is King of the Jews and King of Israel. Right there in just a few verses. Can't beat it. The Bible uses Israel and the Jews as synonymous terms in reference to the crucifixion of Jesus. We just saw it. Now let's look at Acts 2.36. Acts 2.36. Oh, I'm sorry. I'll find it in a minute. There it is. If you dare read that. Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly that God hath made that same Jesus whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ. Right there, the house of Israel, they crucified their Lord and Christ. Christ is the same as Messiah. Hebrew Meshiach, translated Messiah. Christos in Greek, translated as Christ. Same term, different languages. Now, compare that with 1 Thessalonians 2. 1 Thessalonians 2 and verse 14 to begin with. Read 14 and 15. This is a hard truth, but it's important. You wanna know why? Because it's in the Bible. Amen. 1 Thessalonians 2, 14 and 15. I'll read 14. For ye, brethren, became followers of the churches of God, which in Judea are in Christ Jesus. For ye also have suffered like things of your own countrymen, even as they have. Of the who? So that's who we're talking about. Now read 15 with me. Who both killed the Lord Jesus and their own prophets, and have persecuted us, and they please not God, and are contrary to all men. So you have over here, who did Acts 2.36, who did he say killed Jesus, the Lord and Christ? Who was it? House. of Israel. Okay, but who does he say killed him over here? This is Paul speaking, but the same spirit behind both texts. Who both killed the Lord Jesus and their own prophets? The Jews. See, house of Israel, Jews. Israel, Jews. It's interchangeable, synonymous terms, and Jesus is the King of Israel and King of the Jews. Two titles for the same office Same man. The Bible uses Israel and Jews as synonymous terms, period. Not just in the crucifixion of Jesus. Not just in his murder by his own people. But across the board. Israel and the Jews, those terms are used synonymously. It may sound crazy to any intelligent, sane person. There's a couple of you in the room. But this is a thing. And I already gave you an example, but you can just go out on the internet and play around. Here's Quora, it's a place for people to ask questions and everybody can answer. Jesus was not a Jew, why do people think he was? That's just one of a bunch of examples I can show you, just on that one website. With thousands of responses, most of which are total baloney. Here's one, a guy goes by the name Jeff Gibb, I once had a guy get mad when we had a mild religious discussion. And I said, well, Jesus was a Jew, of course. He got really mad and said, don't say that again. And I chuckled, dude, what? Quit messing with me. Jesus, obviously Jewish. He said something bizarre like, I don't know what you're talking about, but Jesus was not a Jew. He says, I wasn't going to stand for this unbelievable ignorance. I told him, of course, he was Jewish. He fulfilled the Messianic prophecy. And of course, this is why there is Christianity, because it is named after the Messiah's name, Jesus Christ. And he says, he goes on to say the guy seemed genuinely confused by the information he was hearing. Let me tell you one good reason, because, again, not tooting our horn as a local church, just tooting any real church does what we're doing tonight. The pastor teaches things that matter. The pastor teaches things that go beyond the nose on your face, and it's not about me, me, me all the time. Most churches, that's not what anybody gets. They go to church week after week, and they don't hear anything like this. And until they're confronted with it, they don't do any searching for it. What I'm hoping is that not only do you pay attention when I'm teaching you these things to try to help equip you, but it sends off a red alert and says, you know what? I need to be busy all the time being a good Berean. And every time I hear things, I'm going to go into the book and I'm going to search the scriptures to see if these things were so. If I see you doing that, that's what makes me feel satisfied in this ministry. It's wonderful to have people sitting in the pews. But if the people come in the pews and don't pay attention and they don't go out there and make it change who they are and how they act. I know people who come to church and they don't ask, what does the Bible teach? They ask, what do I think about that? It doesn't matter. But that's what matters to them. And so if they hear something and they don't like it, they just ignore it. They don't ask, wait a minute, is it biblical? That's what we're supposed to do. They also have these videos out there. This is on BitChute. The video's titled, Jesus was not a Jew, he was an Aryan. I mean, you gotta laugh to keep your sanity. It's not funny, but it is funny, amen? I will prove to you that Jesus Christ was in fact a Galilean, a Gaul, a Celt, an Arian. This is on rumble, just a Jesus was not a Jew. I'm just showing you different examples. I can show you more. Jew is any Israelite Hebrew, see the interchangeable there. We showed it in the last study, a couple of studies back. Any Israelite Hebrew who shares DNA with any of the twelve tribes. Not just Judah, because there was also the kingdom of Judah. And after Assyria took all the northern tribes away, any of the survivors trickled down and the tribes were all in kingdom of Judah. And then even after the Babylonian captivity, when they all came back, it was the line of Judah. That's what the line for the king was still the line of Judah. And where did they live? What was the land originally supposed to be called? Judea. Jew, Jew, Jew. No matter how you slice it, anybody with that DNA is a Jew. I mean, that's what, I think it's in German, for example. We say Jew, but you know, when a German talks about a Jew, it's a Judah. Judah. Just like Judah, Judea. Judah, Judah, you don't mess around. Hey, Jesus was born to a Jewish mother of the tribe of Judah. I'm going somewhere with this, so follow me here. Look at Luke 3.23, go back to Gospel of Luke. Luke 3.23. And this is where the genealogy of Mary begins. I can't tell you how many times I've heard these intellectually retarded scholars debate what in the world this genealogy here is because what they will say is there's obviously a contradiction between this and Matthew 1. Because they insist that because what we're about to read, Joseph is the one mentioned here. So they reject the idea that it's of Mary even though it is. Look at it, verse 23. And Jesus himself began to be about 30 years of age, being as was supposed the son of Joseph, which was the son of Heli. Now, over in Matthew 1, you can turn there if you want, but I'm just going to turn there and reference it real quick. In Matthew 1, when you see it comes down to Joseph, his daddy's name was Jacob, not Heli. Why? Because this, in Matthew 2.16 it says, and Jacob begat Joseph. Over here it says, the son of Joseph which was the son of Heli. So Heli and Jacob are not the same, amen? And I'll come back to that. You notice it doesn't say that Heli begat Joseph. Look at your Bible. It says the son of Joseph which was the son of Heli. Doesn't say he was begat. That's because, in regard to this text, Joseph was the son of Heli legally. And I quote a great theologian named Johnny Allbaugh, who recently pointed out the term son-in-law basically means by law. He was the son of Heli by law. That's where the term son-in-law comes from. By law, as far as the law is concerned, Joseph was the son of Heli. I don't know if you're aware of this, but when a woman got married, she went from her father's authority to her husband's authority. She had no authority. And so when Mary married Joseph, when Heli referred to his family, he would first talk about Joseph, who married my daughter. But Joseph was the man. and he was his son. But we do it today. I mean, you know, Jenny looks at my mom and says, we love you, mom. My mom doesn't look at her and say, I did not give birth to you. because there are different applications and contexts for the usage of that term. I got news for you. You adopt a baby boy or baby girl or a teenage boy or girl, it doesn't matter. You adopt that child, they are now your son or daughter. You may not have begat them, but legally, they're your responsibility, and hopefully it's something that you appreciate and love. Yeah, Jill? Mm-hmm. Yeah. Of course, he calls me dad, too, twice a year. Long story, onliners, I won't go into it. Yeah, we know who his dad is. That's right. Just twice a year, I become his dad. Here's another example on YouTube, Jesus was not a Jew, Bill Britton, B-R-I-T-T-O-N Ministries, I don't know the guy, but I've been sent this video several times. Jesus was not a Jew, and he goes on and he says he's gonna prove it, and I've listened to it, and he didn't prove anything, except for his ignorance, I'm sorry, but that's true. After saying that Jesus wasn't a Jew, because his father was not Joseph, but was God, Therefore Jesus didn't have a Jewish father, see? And he says that because the genealogy show that it's your father that you get your designation from. Now, the fact of the matter is, today, if you want to be included as a Jew, they look at your mother and the DNA. But that's another story. But anyway, just think what he says. I'm not going to play this clip, but he said that Jesus wasn't a Jew because he didn't have a Jewish father. His father was God. Now, there's a level of truth, but again, Joseph adopted him. He became his legal guardian and Jesus became the legal heir. He was the eldest, right, amen? You and you know what his nationality was? It was a heavenly nationality, the same nationality as his father. And what nationality does God have? It's a heavenly nationality. He is the king of a heavenly nation, hallelujah. He's not a foreigner in that nation, by the way, because if you are a king of a nation, you've got to belong. You've got to be a citizen. They don't elect a president here in the United States that's a citizen of Australia, or of Cuba, or Russia, or England. You've got to be a citizen to be the boss, to be the leader. Jesus is a citizen and the king of a heavenly country. Okay, half-truth there. Because if Jesus was the king of the Jews, and he was, then that means, by Bill Britton's logic, he just explained that Jesus was a Jew. If he's the king of the Jews, he had to be a Jew. By his own logic. Everybody knows who Elvis is. Elvis was the king of rock and roll. Now, nobody would ever think that Elvis Yeah, his point is well taken, but he fails to see how it applies to Jesus being king of the Jews and him having to be a Jew in order to be a king of the Jews. He just refuted his own argument. As we said many times, I just got to show you this, because what you'll see is if you get off on this, you'll go into further error. These guys who have gotten off on this, they all fall into error and error and error. Error begets error. This Bill Britton had previously gone down the road of blasphemy before he made this statement that we just played in this message, and he claimed that Jesus is created. That's what always happens with these guys. You mess with God's book, God messes with your mind, amen? We credit Peter Ruckman, he's the first one I heard say that. But I have found that to be a truism. God is creating, the creation of God is an eternal thing. And Jesus is the beginning of that. He is the first eternal creation that God ever created. Hear that? Now listen, listen. Think about that. Listen. I never said that before. And I've said it without thinking whether it was so or not, but I believe it's so. When you start spouting false teaching and lies, you will find yourself spouting them off without even thinking about it. But once it comes out of your mouth because of the bad spirit you have, you will embrace it. That's what he did right there. Jesus is not created, He is the Creator. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by Him, and without Him was not anything made that was made. Anything! He would have had to have been a creator of Himself. Because He made everything that is. Except for God Himself, of which Jesus is the Son of God, divine, God the Son, God was manifest in the flesh, 1 Timothy 3.16, Isaiah 9.6, for unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given, and the government shall be upon his shoulder, which is important, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, the Mighty God. Over and over and over, he's called God, he's not a created being. And how'd he get there? Error begets error. Yeah. As we've seen here, not even God creates himself. Right. He's always existed. Right. But yet in evolution, man wants to believe that he created himself. Yeah. That's a good point. Yeah. But not even God did that. Yeah, it's a twisted logic, but they believe that all, basically, evolution is pantheism. It is the belief that God, we're all part of the universe. We're all, and the universe itself is its own God. It's pantheism. And that's why you find a lot, again, error begets error. You'll see a lot of these evolutionists, especially as they get older, they're drawn, if they're not drawn to the cross, they're drawn into the occult. Darwin and Sam Harris and all kinds of these guys get into mysticism and seances and necromancy and all kinds of stuff. Jesus was born to a Jewish mother of the tribe of Judah, before we leave Luke 3, look down at verse 33, I'll read 32, which was the son of Jesse, which was the son of Obed, which was the son of Boaz, which is Boaz, and we're studying that in Ruth right now in our Saturday studies, which was the son of Salmon, which was the son of Nassan, which was the son of Amenadab, which was the son of Aram, which was the son of Esram, which was the son of Phares, which was the son of Judah. Jew, which come right from the man, Judah, Jew. 34, which was the son of Jacob, which was the son of Isaac, which was the son of Abraham. There's the lineage. You establish that Mary was a Jew and you have Jesus, the son of Mary. Mark 6, 3, is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, the brother of James and Joseph and of Judah and Simon and are not his sisters here with us? And they were offended at him. He just blew away the perpetual virginity of Mary right there. and the idea that Jesus was not a Jew. His mother was a Jew. His heavenly father created the life in the womb, but Jesus himself has life in him. So it was a Trinitarian thing, because it says she was overshadowed by the Holy Ghost. So the Trinity, Father, Son, and Holy Ghost, was involved in the conception of Jesus in the womb of Mary, and he had Jewish DNA. He got his DNA from his mother. that the Jews of our own day, our descendants of the Jews of Jesus' day was established in our second study in this series, we remind you. To fill in those blanks, go listen to Who Are the Jews, the second study there. But I could show you over and over the references, but this is Biblical Archaeological Society or Biblical Archaeology Society. Was Jesus a Jew? This is one of the more scholarly type of sites that you find on the internet. I'm telling you, it's all over the place. There's a lot of debate. discussion. Now a lot of it is because of the debate discussion and a lot of the things are out there to help people see that he was a Jew. Isn't it amazing something that is so obvious and yet so many people are being taken off into stupid-ville. Jesus was the Jewish Messiah, the Christ, but was rejected by the Jewish leaders and by the majority of Jews. Those who followed Jesus as the Christ of Israel became known as followers of Christ. And then, for that reason, they were labeled Christians. Acts 11.26, and the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch. You know, one of the dumb arguments they'll make is, well, Jesus wasn't ever a Christian. Did I say that? Well yeah, you know, it's just like the Puritans were never really Americans, and yet they were. The Pilgrims weren't Americans, and yet they were. You know what I mean? They were never called Americans. That name wasn't a label that was attached to people until later when the United States of America became a nation. Before that, the people who lived here were Americans. What do we call Indians if we want to be politically correct? Native Americans. They never called themselves that, not once. You won't find a single Indian, North American Indian, ever calling themselves Native Americans, ever, in their history. And even most of them today don't want to be called that. And we'll close with an important warning. Many promoting the Jewish Jesus. See, Jesus was a Jew, but now there's this thing called the Jewish Jesus. Or some other, discover the Jewishness of Jesus. It's a fad. And they're not biblical in their approach. Why do I say that? Modern Judaism is not biblical. When we talk of Judaism, you've got to ask, are you talking about the modern perverted version or the biblical version of Judaism? They're not anywhere close to the same thing. The Judaism of Jesus had very little in common with the Judaism that has evolved since he ascended to heaven in 30 AD. It really made a super-charged change after that. But 30 AD, the veil was torn and they already had trouble trying to obey the Mosaic law. 70 AD, the temple is leveled. They have no temple, no priesthood or sacrifice. And so it went on for a little while, about 125 or so AD, a bunch of rabbis got together and formulated what you see, the kernel at least of what you see today. And they made all kinds of changes that aren't in the Bible anywhere. And then it's just evolved since then into what you go to. And if you go to a conservative or reformed synagogue, it's just anything goes. And if you go to the Orthodox, it's mostly Talmudic, not Torah, Talmud. which is a very wicked document. So you just gotta keep all that in mind, but you gotta keep it in its proper place. Some people learn this stuff and then Satan uses that to take them off the deep end with it. That's why we're teaching these studies. Anybody got a question, comment real quick before we close in prayer? Anybody wanna say anything or ask anything? Yes, Nancy? Yeah Yeah, that's what she said she was yeah King James I At the Kohlberger, the one that killed those kids out in, was that Idaho? Yeah. Horrible. That thing's just sickening. Yeah, I hope those kids were saved. It's a horrible thing. It's good that something good can come out of it. Yeah, that's why one of the families didn't show up because they said this doesn't tell us why and doesn't help give us closure. Yeah, I think any plea deal should have included that. Of course, he's liable to decide to write a book and put it all in a book, and they'll find out that way. But still, it should have been in court of law. This world is a fallen world, no doubt. All right, well, let's close in prayer. Father, we thank you, Lord, for what you have taught us and what you continue to teach us. And Lord, may we make the Bible our authority. May we test everything taught by man, including this man praying to you right now. But especially out now we have this internet, originally termed the information superhighway because it is a source that mankind has never had for not only good information, but bad information. good things and the most evil and wicked things. Help us to guard our hearts, our eyes and our minds and our ears and test everything by your word and may we only allow that which passes the Bible test to enter into our hearts. And then we can turn around and with confidence share these truths with others who have ears to hear. And Lord, we're seeing so much satanic Jewish hatred for the Jews, I mean, hatred of the Jews. We're seeing a satanic rise in hatred for Christianity. Sadly, because of what is representing Christianity in the Roman Catholic Church, a lot of Jews think of the Roman Catholic Church as Christianity, and they hate that, and rightfully so. So there's just so many layers to this thing Satan is blinding people with. We pray You'll remove the layers, open the eyes, and that You might use us in some way in this ministry to reach the lost.
